Purchased new F-150 from Carl Easley at Krieger

Carl worked with us to purchase a 2018Ford F-150. He spent the time needed to review the features and options on the truck. Very professional and courteous.

The best of what's around.... Period

Just picked up my new Ford Explorer and I am stoked to drive this bad boy! Carl Easely made this process simple, informative and as pleasurable as it could be. I was wavering between 3 or 4 vehicles and Carl's patience and knowledge with me was more than helpful. The entire Krieger Ford experience is without pressure and the knowledge and experience here is the best of what's around.

Purchase of new truck

Carl Easley worked with me to purchase a new Ford F-150 truck. He had to locate the vehicle from another dealer. We received a fair value for our trade-in. Carl took time to explain the vehicle's features and options. He was very professional and courteous. My only less than positive comment is that the dealership spent a lot of time attempting to sell us after market options--exterior and interior care packages, extended warranties, accessories, etc. These items were not of interest to me because I believe Ford builds a quality truck and I feel they are not necessary. I have owned 4 Ford trucks in the past 40 years which is a testament to quality of Ford trucks. After I purchased my first truck in 1977, I have not considered any other truck model.

Fantastic and wonderful!

After having been car shopping for a few days, it was so nice to find sales reps that cared more about the customer than they were about trying to make the car sale and being pushy like I experienced at most of the other dealerships. They allowed me to talk to my mechanic and when i informed them about what my mechanic said, adjusted the price accordingly. Dennis especially was super hospitable and offered refreshments as we waited for the paperwork to process.

Amazing Experience

I was a very rewarding experience

I never had anyone work as hard as Scott Mortland, did to try to get help me get a car. Scott went over and beyond to help me. I think, Krieger Ford is very lucky to have a great and amazing employee who is dedicated employee to not only his job but the customers he works so hard to help! It's rare to find now days. I also appreciate Harold who also worked very hard pushing the financial through for me to get the car has well....I am beyond grateful for the hard work they did to get me a car. They really treated me well one the best I've had in the city of Columbus Ohio!

Car buying as it should be.

Mike Stickdorn, my salesman, was refreshing to be around. He took the time to listen to what I was thinking concerning my used car needs, then let me drive the 3 different cars I was interested in. Once I decided which car I wanted and the price I wanted to pay, there wasn't the usual haggling back and forth. The price I wanted to pay was fair and accepted. Then Harold Samour in financing worked hard to get me the best rate. Overall, a great car buying experience. Thank you to all.

Carl Easley was my sales person

Carl Easley sold me my first Fusion 12 years ago, so when it was time for another Fusion, I went back to Carl. He stayed way past his time to get off work so he could be there when I picked up the car. I've had my new Fusion for about 4 weeks now and I'm very happy with it. Thanks Carl!

Nothing compares to Carl's customer service. Perio

Amazing at customer service doesn't even begin to describe Carl. I have been in customer service for 21 years and I am a harsh critic. But the experience he has given not only me, but my entire family is priceless. My dad has bought probably 10 cars from him, and now I'm on my 2nd. A brand new 2018 Ford Escape Titanium. I couldn't be happier or more thankful to my dad introducing me to Carl. Carl goes out of his way for his customers to give them the experience they deserve when making such a big decision. He doesn't pressure anyone into anything and gives you the straight forward facts about what you are considering purchasing from not only him but other competitors. And Ford beats it. Sure I looked at a few other crossovers but the relationship I have with Carl sealed the deal. I can't get that level of customer service at any other dealership in Columbus.
