Great car buying experience

I have purchased and leased more than 8 different new vehicles in my life and Land Rover Main Line is by far the best car buying experience I have had. When I was shopping for my Range Rover I naturally checked with my local dealerships in the NYC area but was not very pleased with either the price or the quality of service. Fortunately I came across Land Rover Main Line and spoke to Bryan from sales who was courteous, honest and straightforward when working with him on my lease. Even though I am located in NY, Jenna and Bryan made the whole process very easy. All the paperwork was handled very quickly with overnight mail and they delivered my new car to me from PA to NY within a week from our initial contact. I highly recommend Land Rover Main Line even for people located outside the PA area.

The best experience

It was very on point with timing great service communication Andrew explain to me what my car would be done when the time it was he made feel very comfortable walked around with check every an ask how I felt perfect experience I will return thank you again.

Customer service needs some wirk

I don’t understand if you make an appointment for 7:00 am why my car gets bumped for customers that stay while their car is being worked on. My vehicle once again was not washed. I don’t understand why this happen every time I bring my vehicle in for service and tell them not to forget the wash this time. If they would just look at the work order form it states clearly a manager said a mini detail should be performed from back in 2017 which has never been done. I also had to bring my vehicle back a week later because some bad brake pads were installed.

Awesome Dealership, Awesome Service Department

Main Line Jaguar has been servicing my vehicles for eight years now, and the service experience has always been spectacular. Joe Sheller is the epitome of a service advisor-- Joe is professional and knowledgeable, and always goes a step beyond to ensure my service experience is unrivaled. Simply put, the dealership is beautiful and the service department is unmatched. A+!!

Indifferent

1. Day of first visit. Despite having taken an appointment for 1830, th dealership promptly informed me that they are about to close. Why did Jeff Madden confirm an appointment if it was late on a Friday evening 2. The vehicle which was to be shown was locked away with no access to the keys 3 Mike Smyth tried his best to make things good by walking the extra mile an we were able to close a deal. Appreciate his customer focus 4 the day of the purchase. Found the dealership very cold in their attitude. Maybe XE is not their preferred sale 5 was promised that a key would be sent by fedex on Monday. Today is Friday and despite follow up I have no information if the same has been done.

Great service

Great service with even technicians review and test drive trying to realize the problem. Have been very patient and answered questions professionally. Great team to visit for your luxury vehicles for luxurious services.

Old fashion service

Continued excellence of Main Line Jaguar & LR

I have bought / leased at least 10 Rovers and Jaguars. Service is EXCELENT; terrifically directed by Tak , the GM. Tak REALLY cares about his customers and I send all my friends here. I LOVE my current Jaguar XKR convertible!

exceptional customer care

I have had the pleasure of working with Joe Sheller for the time we have been at Main Line LandRover. We have 2 vehicles and Joe is most accommodating when it comes to service appointments and loaner vehicles. He gives detailed explanations for needed work and turns the vehicles around in a timely manner. We are 5 miles from Cherry Hill Land Rover and would NEVER leave the Wayne location for a more convenient one, due entirely to your service department. There are 4 other families on our street with Range Rovers that will deal with Main LIne for their next purchase based on our recommendations. (as well as their frustration with Cherry Hill)
