The New Normal For Purchasing A Car

My lease was ending in a month and I wanted to purchased a new Jaguar. I couldn't find the color I wanted at my former dealership. I saw the exterior and interior color I wanted online at Land Rover Jaguar Main Line. I did the paperwork via social media on a Friday and the car was delivered to my door on Monday. This is the most convenient way to purchase a car. Staff was pleasant and very accommodating.

I’m a convert 100%

Have previous purchased multiple vehicles from Land Rover Wilmington and decided to try another dealership because they were becoming complacent. Even thought we live in Wilmington we decided to venture out. We were so pleasantly surprised with the high quality of customer service and professional atmosphere. Will definitely be purchasing our vehicles at LRJML from now on

When I made my appointment to get my tire replaced, I was not advised that I would not be allowed in the facility. I honestly didn't think about it until I arrived and was told I would have to wait outside or they could get a car for me to sit in. Seeing that it was a rainy chilly day, I asked for a car to sit in. It would be a great idea to have the person scheduling appointments to let people know they will not be allowed in the building. My service only took about an hour but I was not going to stand in the rain for an hourl.
