We purchased a used truck and discovered within a week that it had a coolant leak. They got us in for service the very next day and took care of it at no charge. Beware, unless you want to pay 100% markup on all parts and labor. Go somewhere else. Service department installed a mirror that cost 111.00 the exact same mirror at another dealer 41.00. Touch up paint msrp. 26.00 on sale at another dealership 22.00, Turner charged me 44.00. You are reading the correct numbers. I paid for the labor on the mirror the labor fee was not included in that 111.00. Also the mirror was all smudged from installation the mechanic didn't bother to wipe it off. Finally I got a labor quote for flashing a accessorie onto my vehicle, at first it was 89.00 then I was told it would be 150.00 then when the final bill came 253.00. I called 2 other dealers they charge 125.00 and the other 150.00 to flash the accessories. I guess I am the dumb xxx here because I trusted Turner Buick Gmc. to take care of me We leased 4 vehicles and purchased 1 truck. I should have done all this work before I went to Turner, not after. Anyway I hope this saves someone else from getting ripped off.

After having a bad experience the day before at a different dealership, I sent an email to Turner Buick. Tony Goimarac responded bright and early! We went there that night and Tony was very helpful. Steve started the paperwork and we drove it home the next night! I would recommend this place to anyone who likes the small town feel. Tony was amazing!! No hard sell kind of thing, just a really nice guy talking to me like another person. He was very honest and straightforward. He made the entire process so pain free and we absolutely love our Acadia! I will definitely buy my next car from him too!
