Entire staff was friendly and helpful. Salesperson took the time before we left to show us all of the features on the vehicle. He was knowledgeable and extremely patient with my wife.

My sales person was Angela and I was very happy with her

My sales person was Angela and I was very happy with her throughout the process. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. She walked me through the details of the car I was interested in and even drove the car while I sat in the backseat to see how comfortable they were. I would definitely recommend Faulkner?s Mazda.

After purchasing a new 2025 Mazda CX5 I looked for

After purchasing a new 2025 Mazda CX5 I looked for another vehicle for a family member from this dealership and boy was I wrong. I went to test drive a 2018 Mazda CX5 which was horrible the vehicle smelled like a dirty dog with dog hair on the back seat and I was told by the General Manager to come in and test drive this vehicle along with a salesman who also commented that the vehicle had an odor what kind of dealership would bring in a loyal customer from just purchasing a new vehicle and expose them to this horrible vehicle which was on the front line on their lot, I emailed the General Manager and received no response. So be careful when you are dealing with type of Dealership

Just posted the following review!! Faulkner Mazda would get 10 stars if I could do it. The staff there was unbelievable. I walked in as a stranger and felt I left as a member of the family. In the time I was there getting a great deal on a great new car, I met several of the members had some phenomenal laughs. Dave, my sales guy, was so well-versed in everything to do with every car on the lot and didn?t let me leave with one question when I sped away in my new car! Frank, the GM, with Dave, presented several financial options because I really had to make a specific number work and we certainly got there. Thanks Faulkner (side shout out to Tom for managing the dream team and Pat the Irishman for making more coffee!!)

Rob was a great salesman.

Rob was a great salesman. Kind and attentive and helped me with a discount when I did not qualify for some rebates. Ed in finance was great as well, they both were excellent and made the process smooth and simple.
