I purchased a Pre-Owned 2023 Mazda CX 30 from Faulkner in early May 2026. Vehicle was rear ended on PA Turnpike less than 2 weeks after purchase. Faulkner handled repairs and returned vehicle in less than 3 weeks. Repairs went beyond expectations. I could not see any difference between original condition and repaired condition of my SUV.

I worked with Angela and Pat and their team and had a wonderful experience buying a car! Clear communication throughout and real people who genuinely are personable and care about their customers. Great buying experience. No pressure, Leanne was great to work with. They have a nice selection of vehicles and the dealership is spotless. I highly recommend this place.

Went in for inspection & emissions. I needed a new rear wiper and two new tires. I ended up spending just under $1,000 which was way more than I planned on. Also, I usually wait and am there an hour. I spent three hours waiting today. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have coffee, tea, water, and snacks available while you wait.

Had a great experience with my salesman Jim Grbas, manager Pat Donnelly, manager Frank Lodise, and finance department Jake Sommers. Everyone was knowledgeable and answered my questions and most importantly treated me with respect and kindness. I live ten minutes away from Maple Shade Mazda and drove to Faulkner because they were so much easier to deal with.

Facilities were great, but they are doing construction so it?ll only get better. Staff was great, very kind and patient. Walked me through buying experience. Walked me through vehicle on-board process.

Our salesman Justin was awesome and helpful with us making a vehicle selection and answering all of our questions. The Finance office was quick but thorough. Over is was a great buying experience.car.

Disappointed that the manager did not reduce price at all. It was a leftover 2025 that was used as a loaner for service. Chris was great to deal with. Good job Chris and thank you fir helping us find the 2025 Cx-5 in white at low mileage.

Buyer beware. I was double-charged for the documentation fee, and the sales staff deliberately concealed defects in the vehicle's condition. When I brought these issues to management, I was met with arrogance rather than accountability. This dealership has serious integrity problems. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
