Just bought a new Chevy traverse.

Just bought a new Chevy traverse. Dale Hendrick was the Salesman. He made the sale so easy and without all unnecessary things I needed to do. He listens to you which is so important to me. He doesn't try to over sale you and he doesn't push you into giving a good review like other salesman do.

Our Mercedes GLA 250 has been a bit irritable these last

Our Mercedes GLA 250 has been a bit irritable these last 6 weeks with the Check Engine Light coming on and remaining on for different reason. I want to thank the Service Department staff for being so professional and knowledgeable regarding all that that light said needed to be addressed. Joe and Doug were wonderful. I am sure anyone with issues with their Mercedes or just needing a routine service will be well cared for at Sullivan Parkhill Service.

Friendly, prompt on appointments.

Friendly, prompt on appointments. The waiting room could use some updates however. The vending machine was not stocked well. I didn't want to buy a drink anyway. There was no food options that l could see. The first chair I attempted to sit in was broken. Thankfully a gentleman already seated told me before I sat all the way down. I pushed it aside & sat in another seat.

Had the best experience with Brent Woodworth and staff at Sullivan-Parkhill Body Shop. Repairs are like the accident never happened. They even arranged basic auto service prior to picking up the car. Everything was so convenient.
