If your not buying a car from Dionte Robinson then you’re not getting the service you deserve. My wife and I have had some bad experiences with other dealerships, not with Dionte. I won’t buy another vehicle from anyone else. A+ customer service!

Excellent service from start to finish.
Excellent service from start to finish. Within 2 hours I was in a new car and back home! I love my new car it has everything I’ve ever wanted in a vehicle with plenty of space for my family. Friendly service and very helpful in finding the perfect fit for me!

Took my Kia into service for a heating problem.
Took my Kia into service for a heating problem. Car was diagnosed with a camera, was informed blower motor was damaged from a rodent and would have to be replaced at a cost of over 750.00. Took it to a local mechanic where he removed the blower, no damage to the blower. Mechanic removed the debris the mouse had brought in there for a cost of $50.00. Heat is working again with no problem. Clip joint!

Drove two hours to look at a used jeep, while still looking over the jeep another salesman came and drove it off the lot stating that he had a husband's wife that wanted to see it and that he would be back when asked how long no time was stated.

If you can avoid coming here, please do. Whether it's service or sales, you'll get better someplace else. Unfortunately bought my last car here basically because I was too busy to leave town. Now I am paying the price. Faulty tire on brand new vehicle and cannot get the salesperson or sales manager to call me back after several days. They also don't follow with the Sam's Club Auto pricing. Will give you a million excuses of why that isn't "their" price. Deceptive advertising if you ask me. Before I formally switched for service they ripped my wiper off in the car wash and didn't tell me. I only found out when I went to turn the wipers on and was missing a blade!!! They did replace the blade but I had to spend time to go back. I really gave them every chance to change my mind and it is really unfortunate that they have taken a local dealership and made it so bad. Price what you want from them and then go someplace else to purchase. You'll thank me later.

I purchased a new Outlander Sport from Jeff at Napleton. It was a great experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It started pouring down rain right when we were finished and they had a driver come pick us up from the other building so we didn’t have to go out in the rain. Our purchase went very smooth and effortless and we were in and out in no time! Very very very poor , I had an appointment at 1, didn’t get out till 3. Went and asked service manager if my car was done he said oh it’s been done. Then asked my name again and what color car. Came back and said they was bringing it over now, the car they brought wasn’t even mine. Totally different color.asked me again what my color car was. Finally brought over, no paper work or nothing. I’ve bought many cars from there and really looking to not come back, thanks
