I had an appointment, but came in over an hour early. NAPELTON'S welcomed me, listened to my needs, and made me feel valued. They did not try to sell me a vehicle a didn't want or need. Sam took time to show me new features available in the cars I was interested in. They gave me time to make my decision.

Matt was awesome! He helped us get the car we wanted and at a price we could afford. They all went the extra mile to work with us on our trade in and keep our price in budget.

I just spent the afternoon With Idris Talking VOLKSWAGENS! Actually I always learn new interesting information About my current JETTA and what the new.models offer. Idris is very informed about VW's and the features of different models. He is very pleasant and polite. I never feel like I am being strong armed to buy a vehicle right now. I came up from Matton today to see the value of my car and to see what the new ones look like etc. I had no intention of trading cars when I woke up this morning but did have the day off and the letter about the spring sale event arrived this afternoon I guess I was curious. Idris understood when I said I couldn't make a decision right now but would see him.tomorrow if I decide to buy a new VW. I appreciated that he remained understanding as my car is still very new and I am semi retired and not really in good position to trade today . I.will be back for all service and any new VW purchases
