Our experience with trading cars at Napleton VW in Urbana was very nice. Kevin was very helpful and courteous. Living about 80 miles away, Kevin and the Napleton VW team always fix us up with a nice loaner so that we can shop or dine while our vehicle is being serviced. One thing I really appreciate about Kevin is that if he's not 100% sure of some question I might have, he checks it out and gets back to me asap. Some previous dealerships and salespeople would just tell me anything regardless of the accuracy of what the told me. Kevin is very good to take my phone calls if I have any questions.
