This car buying experience was different than my previous

This car buying experience was different than my previous buying experiences here. Initially I was interested in 3 different Lincoln Nautilus. One Green, one Burgundy and one Mocha. My first choice was the Mocha Nautilus. But it was also the focus of another customer. So I didn’t know until I arrived on the appointment date which cars would be available. When I arrived the couple selected the Green Nautilus. But the Mocha one had also sold. I was left with the Burgundy one. But, the couple that had text driven the Burgundy one had accidentally taken the key fob. There was no way to test drive the car. And they were in no hurry to bring the key fob back. 4 hours later they brought the key fob and I was able to drive the car. I fell in love with the car and have gladly purchased it. All in all, I’m still a happy customer! Great job Ed Seggelke for keeping me calm and patient. It’s typically not how these things affect me. But Ed is seriously a great guy and great salesman.

which dealership is this? I've been to a few. If this is Zeigler ford in north riverside, The sales rep was unreal. There was 3 units on the lot that I was interested in. 5 times I asked him the sale price of the vehicles since no pricing was on the cars. 5 times he did not even acknowledge my question. He totally ignored it. Unbelievable! His only interest was getting me to test drive first. I got up and walked out.

This week I purchased a vehicle from Jim Xamis Ford

This week I purchased a vehicle from Jim Xamis Ford Lincoln. Ed Seggelke was my salesperson and he was amazing! He was kind, engaging, personable and an all around great person. He was not high pressure, but was very responsive and made me feel valued as a customer. I almost bought a Lincoln from another dealer in Normal, but was treated so poorly that I cancelled the transaction. I am so glad I did! Ed treats people the way everyone should treat others and I can't recommend him enough! Thanks, Ed for an awesome experience! Also, Danielle, the Business Manager is so nice and easy to work with. She was an added bonus to the purchase of my car!

Brad Centers was our salesman today when we purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot. My husband and I had searched for a SUV that would fit our needs and budget in Springfield. Our son recommended Jim Xamis in Lincoln, IL because of their reputation of sales. Brad had the Honda Pilot ready to test drive and priced it to sell! Friendly and knowledgeable, he provided us with a print out of history and the bonus included with this SUV was new tires, brakes and rotors along with the quality inspection. Sold! Thank you for selling us what nobody else could in Springfield. We highly recommend giving Brad Centers a call at Jim Xamis Ford and Lincoln in Lincoln, IL when you are looking for a quality used car, truck or SUV! I have never experienced a car dealership that I could say went above and beyond to make buying a vehicle so nice.

Brad Centers was our salesman today at Jim Xamis Ford

Brad Centers was our salesman today at Jim Xamis Ford Lincoln in Lincoln, IL We were needing a SUV that fit our needs. Looking in Springfield, IL we did not find anything that we could trust to last, or the sales staff that would be truthful. Our son suggested driving to Lincoln, only 30 minutes away. Brad had the SUV ready for the test drive and provided us with the detailed information on this 2013 Honda Pilot we needed to seal the deal. This dealership is friendly, honest and willing to work with you on a price that is fair. They made the sale because of the four new tires, brakes and rotors, along with the inspection to make sure it was safe to sell. Thank you Brad for going above and beyond our expectations.
