Scheduled a mobile service recall to fix the problem.

Scheduled a mobile service recall to fix the problem. They showed up right on time. The technician was very polite and answered all my questions. He went about his work and was finished in about 40 minutes. He explained what he had done and also upgraded our software in the car. He was very neat and clean. Did not leave the car a mess.When he left he gave us a flyer showing all the mobile services they will do at your home. He did very nice work. Will use the mobile service again i am sure. GREAT JOB!

Best car buying experience I have ever had.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Adam was very helpful and made the transaction perfect. They had no hidden fees and the pricing was amazing. If I'm ever in the market to buy another car I'm going to Keyser & Miller ford Inc. first.

This was possibly the best sales interaction that I have ever had with a dealership. The salesman was knowledgeable and cooperative in dealing with my specific requirements. The whole process went smoothly and absolutely no hassles.

This is a good local dealership.

This is a good local dealership. We have pruchased over the years 4+ cars. Service has always been good. During Covid had to replace alterantor, water pump and a few other parts. Due to the supply chain problems we had to use 3rd pary parts. Was not happy about that. That is a Ford manufacture issue not service. The service team did the best with what the could get. I love the video walk throughs for service. After all it is ja Ford.

A simply great experience!

We had to reschedule two times and the staff was very accommodating. They were also quick to update us on the work and finished quickly. From beginning to end it was simply great. Highly recommend!

Repair and Customer Service

I purchased my Fusion in 2019. All dealings I have had with this dealership, from emissions and inspections to battery replacements to tire repairs and replacements, have been positive. Most of these dealings have been with Nick in the service department. He is very knowledgeable, and straightforward, and he is careful to explain and answer any questions we might have. Every experience has been handled efficiently, promptly, and professionally.
