Jacob kept me in the loop about repairs in order to pass

Jacob kept me in the loop about repairs in order to pass inspection. I was given updates on the timing and the cost. Cullen recognized me from the sale of our F250 8 years prior! He remembered my wife as well. Very personable

Everyone at the Service Center was friendly and

Everyone at the Service Center was friendly and welcoming. They worked hard to understand and address my concerns. Work was done efficiently and for a reasonable cost. I was completely satisfied with the work. Kevin Konek had a positive attitude and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the appearance of my truck. One of the techs even came outside to dry off the picnic table near the service entrance so I could sit there while waiting. It is the small extras that people appreciate and remember. I would be happy to return there for future inspections and repairs. Thank you!
