I came into the dealership for a specific car I saw

I came into the dealership for a specific car I saw online. It was a used 2023 Kia Sorento EX very low mileage, very clean, and drove nicely. I was torn because it had a recall, and the part was not available and uncertain of any future problems. The staff and salesperson Maria was awesome, with no pressure, and provided options on used vs. new Subaru vehicles.

After doing all my homework on our next new Forester

After doing all my homework on our next new Forester contacted several dealers and Haldeman car dealer was sñthe place to go. Came to an agreement on our price ( which was lower than others) on our 2025 dealing with Nick Renci who never push pressure on us. The final price was excellent as was dealing with the car salesmen Nick R. Even after we went in for signing they accepted other coupon discount on vehicle which brought out price even lower. Will recommend Nick Renzi to be a salesmen to contact for a car purchase!

The place was nice.

The place was nice. Everyone was friendly. Stephanie was awesome. Like i told her last time i was at a dealership the dealer was very antsy and pushy. But she was calm and friendly. Great buying experience

Was very straight forward.

Was very straight forward. Only thing is I would have liked to take the car out for a test drive at highway speed before we bought it-they didn't give us that opportunity.

Dont' go here, avoid at all costs.

Dont' go here, avoid at all costs. They are horrible. Damaged my car and won't make it right. Now i can't come back because i filed complaints about the damage. Bunch of liars and have high employee turnover.

Total clowns.

Total clowns. I submitted a request for their "Special internet price" Gio, a salesman there who can't read the difference between 908 and 609 gave me a call to confirm if he could send pictures to my phone. I agreed and asked him for the "special internet price". He proceeded to hand me over to a cocky, rude, arrogent pushy sales manager who immediatly tried not to give me a better price and then acted like a jerk when I asked him to give me the price anyway. Then they texted me that I WAS RUDE TO THE MANAGER!!!! I will not buy a car here ever!

Brilliant service at Haldeman Ford Hamilton NJ

Friendly staff, very professional,I love my vehicle. They made sure I was very comfortable, satisfied and complete. Before I drove my vehicle off of the Lot they made sure I had a full tank of gas and a fully detailed vehicle. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from here as well. Dilma is very nice and she does her Job very well. ??
