The service writer, service manager and general manager are all very much customer centric and go out of their way to provide the highest level of service I have ever experienced with a dealer. They alsways have the car ready when promised and provide a loaner when I request one.

Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation for our Ford Edge. No problems what so ever. I dealt with Jamie in the service department. She is awesome to deal with. She's efficient and professional. She keeps you informed every step of the way. The best technician in the place, Ryan, get's everything done right the first time. The vehicle comes back free of oily footprints and handprints. You will not get a better experience anywhere!

Pete was the best! he knows his stuff and got our vehicle repaired and back on the road QUICK!!! Very pleasant experence.

Bought used 1998 Ford F150 (lemon) from "a Friend" at what I thought was a good price so many problems finally brought it to this dealer and the mechanic diagnosed and solved all the problems and now it is lemonade.
