I was helped right away - Jake B. was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about both the Nautilus and Aviator that I test drove. The sales manager was easy to work with, not pushy or overbearing and the team didn't take up my entire Saturday! I appreciated how easy everyone was to deal with and that they respected my time as well. I look forward to working with them during my ownership of my new Nautilus!

I am pleased with the excellent customer service that I received from Anthony, Ass't Mgr. Plus, the great conversations I had with the Manager, Jared, and Terry, the driver. Each person answered my questions AND gave me explanations that were easy to understand. My husband and I were looking for a new mechanic. God works in mysterious ways! A couple days ago, Quick Lane's discount offer came in the mail. I am glad I used it to save $$ on my oil change + overall check up. Plus, tomorrow, Friday 5-30-25, I'll, also save $$ on my state inspection. Additionally, I am pleased with how their office/waiting room is set up! Great offerings of muffins and coffee plus, it's great to see my car going into the bay to be worked on. All-in-all this was a wonderful experience starting with great communication with your staff. And ending with great service on my 2010 Mazda. The employees each seem to be nice, good hearted people who obviously want to help their customers. 😃🙋🏻♀️
