In 1999 I was so lucky to have discovered this dealer....

In 1999 I was so lucky to have discovered this dealer. Between 1999 and 2012; I purchased 4 new vehicles from Coleman. I live within walking distance of serviced all of my vehicles. The sales experience, the quality of the service was always top notch. If there was an issue in service, it was handled. I cannot say anything was unsatisfactory at Coleman. However; I no longer own any GM vehicles not because Coleman caused a problem, but actually Mary Barra caused the problem. Mary Barra refused to warrant an issue that should have been covered under the GMPP, and then when the repair was covered by my auto insurance, Mary Barra refused to cover my $250 deductible. Drew Coleman offered to cover the deductible, but I refused to accept his offer. The folks at Coleman do the right thing.

Very discriminatory. Called Friday morning for an...

Very discriminatory. Called Friday morning for an appointment for Saturday morning. Got a call later that evening that they don’t have technicians to work on my vehicle until Monday. (Understandable, workers are hard to come by, so I was fine with waiting until Monday). Monday came and I get a phone call 9:30am stating that they refuse to service my vehicle. The “manager” could not give me a reason over the phone on why they refused service on my truck. They said the previous manager who no longer works there wrote that. When I went in to speak to the owner, he all of a sudden wasn’t there and the manager who I spoke on the phone with said he would be there at 10am. I was informed by another worker that the reason they refused my service was because I complain too much. With that being said, there were 3 cases I complained. All valid reasons. And the last being because they wrote they rotated my tires when they did not in fact rotate my tires. I find it very hard to believe that because of 3 complaints, they refuse service to my vehicle. I wasn’t going to write a review but after reading all the bad reviews about the manager in the service department, I think they are all right on point. Rude. I no longer will be directing anyone toward this GMC dealership. Poor management in the service department. Disappointing and Discriminatory. Corporate office has already been contacted and I will be sure to continue reviews all the way up to the BBB. No one should be treated the way I was by the former service manager and the current service manager.

Dear Ms. Foley, At Coleman we take customer satisfaction very seriously and hate to lose any customer. Through several complaints on your end, we diligently made every effort we could to ensure you were satisfied. We spoke with General Motors several times to accommodate your discontent and were even able to extend your warranty to maintain your satisfaction. However, even through the many efforts we’ve made it seemed that you continued to have disapproval with our service department. We feel that we have bent over backwards to keep you as a customer. Ultimately it came to a point of realization on our end, that although we don’t want any customer to leave we felt it would be better suited for you to get your vehicle serviced at another dealership/service center that may be a better fit for you and what you are looking for. As mentioned above we continued to do the right thing by you and always strived for 100% customer satisfaction, so I’m sorry but I am unsure about your claims stating that we were discriminatory in anyway. If you wish to elaborate, I would be more than willing to listen. At Coleman, we do not tolerate discrimination of any kind against our customers or employees. I believe this rating was to be anonymous. I don’t appreciate you addressing my name. I didn’t address any names, so I feel the respect should have been reciprocated. And as far as the complaints. They were all valid complaints and the last one was because I was told my tires were rotated, it was written down that they were rotated, and they never were. When I called it out at the dealership, I got attitude from the PREVIOUS manager. He was wrong and talking down to me as a female. The PREVIOUS manager put down to refuse my truck for service. So when the current manager called he couldn’t explain at all why I was being refused service. As a manager, if you are refusing service, know the facts so you can communicate with the customer on the reason why, instead the current manager just hung up on me.

By far one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had....

By far one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. I took my 2018 Chevy Cruze there for service because of a suspension issue. I have never had a more upfront, honest and pleasant experience getting a vehicle serviced. They went above and beyond making sure my car was safe, parts were under GM warranty and ensured that quality work was done. I didn’t even buy the car at their dealer and they treated me as though my business was valued. Nicole in service was amazingly friendly, courteous, and professional. I can’t say evolution great things about your service department.

Had my vehicle serviced at Coleman GMC three times in 18...

Had my vehicle serviced at Coleman GMC three times in 18 months and every time I had to return my vehicle to have it repaired again for something they did wrong. I’ll never bring my 2018 GMC Denali 3500 to this dealership again.

During your visit you came in for an issue with your coolant light being on, unfortunately, we could not verify the issue in your vehicle at the time of service. After your visit you called and spoke to our Service Manager stating that when the car was delivered back to you it was dirty, so as a goodwill gesture he gave you a complimentary oil change and tire rotation. You later called again and spoke with our Assistant Service Manager who had your vehicle fully detailed for free and drove the vehicle back to you. We make our best effort to keep our customers 100% satisfied. If we are at fault for any reason, we will gladly take accountability and do what we can to rectify the issue which is what we felt we did in your situation. We always welcome feedback to improve.
