Coleman's performance was acceptable, but there were a

Coleman's performance was acceptable, but there were a couple of issues. They rarely provide a loaner vehicle, which is inconvenient. Additionally, I found it frustrating to fill out the online maintenance scheduling form only to be asked for details again when I arrived. The first request I made was not addressed until I came to pick up my car, and it only got done after I inquired about it.

Marybeth was a pleasure to work with.

Marybeth was a pleasure to work with. She explained the differences in the trim levels and guided us through the test drive making the features easy to understand. I would recommend Marybeth to my family or friends in the market for a new Buick or GMC. Also, Claudia Giuffre was also easy to work with. Never used high pressure. Just explained our options and guided us through the plan that worked best for us.

Our salesman, Will Oese, spent the day finding us the perfect vehicle. We spoke to him months before our lease was due, he was very knowledgeable and sent us different options. When we scheduled the appointment, we were only coming in to look at cars, but we had such an awesome experience with Will, that we left with a new car same day.
