Very patient and accommodating.

Pleasant buying experience; very professional and accommodating. Martin Suarez was very patient and extremely knowledgeable; he was able to explain the differences in each of the vehicles we inquired about.

2017 Lacrosse

After purchasing at Coleman Buick last year and having an excellent experience we immediately considered Coleman Buick for our next purchase. I contacted Philip Northam who was our sales rep. last year and had a vehicle we might be interested in. in fact there were 2 vehicles. A 2015 Lacrosse & a 2017 Lacrosse. Philip took the time and the patience to explain the differences between the 2 vehicles. With his extensive knowledge of the Buick brand he helped us make the best choice to suit our needs. Special thanks to Philip Northam for going above and beyond ( and 1 hour past his quitting time) to make sure we had a smooth transaction. Kudos to the prep team for making the vehicle showroom clean.

Excellent Dealer and Sales Person

I went to Coleman looking for a car to commute with to work. I travel a long distance and Jeannette Hosri matched cars in price range and then realizing my needs match the perfect vehicle for me. The price was fair and the experience at dealership was the best I have ever experienced. Great job and you have a customer for ever.

Car Purchase

The moment I walked in the door I was treated with respect. I was greeted properly, my salesman was was on his way to see me the moment I stepped in. Pete R. my salesman was very professional. Good Overall

Bought a CPO 2018 Sierra 2500HD. It was a good experience until the very end, when Bruce handed me the key and told me there was only one key and key fob that goes with the truck. Not a huge deal, but now if I want a second key/key fob I have to purchase it and get it programmed. Shame on me for not asking if the truck came with both it's keys/key fobs, but it would have been nice for Bruce/Coleman GMC to be up front about it initially. That way I knew there was only one key/key fob before agreeing to a price. It's a small issue, but it's a small issue that is going to cost me more money. The little things make the difference between a good dealer and typical sleazy dealer. ***Update to this review***** Bruce called me back a few days after the sale and setup a time for me to come back in and get the second key/key fob for the truck to take care of the misunderstanding. It's the small things that make the difference between a good dealer that is willing to go the extra step and the ones that don't. Bruce went out of his way to help get the second key/key fob and it's very appreciated. I would recommend them as a dealer. Kenny

Always coming back to Jeannette and Coleman!

This dealership truly never disappoints. I first came in looking for a truck about five months ago where I met with Jeannette, I had an excellent experience with her and I was planning on referring her to my friends and family for sure. Little did I know, just a few months later I would be needing a new truck myself and I knew exactly who to see. I called Jeannette and told her the situation I was in (the extended cab was not feasible for me anymore). She recommended I lease a brand new truck and she found the perfect one for me. Although I wasn't sure the new truck was within my budget, she reassured me that with leasing I was able to get into my dream truck. They were so accommodating and definitely did not let me down. Next time you need a car or truck, ask for Jeannette. She will surpass all of your expectations!!!

Great Service continues

I had my 2012 GMC Terrain SLT-1 AWD serviced this past Saturday June 23, 2018. The service was spectacular. My car gets serviced at the Cadillac store and Kim Goldacker was just superb.
