Buyer Beware – Misleading Sales Tactics and Zero Accountability I’m deeply disappointed by my experience purchasing a Mustang Mach-E at this dealership. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of — especially by Nick and Dino, who were both unhelpful when I later raised concerns. First, despite expressing that I wanted a new vehicle and was keen on purchasing a car with the most advanced technology, which naturally would've been the 2025 model (newest at the time), I later found out it was actually a 2024. This was not made clear during the sales process and felt like a deliberate omission. Now, another issue has arisen from the purchase, which is making the entire ordeal feel more like a nightmare. During the sale, I was explicitly told the dealership would cover the installation costs for a home charging station. I was upfront about living in a homeowners association and provided details about the project site. The team assured me this wouldn’t be a problem. What they didn’t tell me was that: • I would be required to use their vendor, with no option to choose my own. • The dealership’s financial contribution was capped, and any additional cost would fall on me. • There could be significant out-of-pocket expenses — which I later learned would be around $5,000. Overall, while the information may have been provided in writing, the differences were not clearly explained during the sales process, which left me feeling misinformed. As a first-time buyer, I would have appreciated more transparency and guidance from the sales team. For those considering a new vehicle, I highly recommend avoiding this dealership, and regardless of which Ford dealership you do use, I recommend asking detailed questions, reviewing all documents carefully, and recording the interactions if possible and legal in your state

Bought a 2025 Ford Maverick from out of state and my

Bought a 2025 Ford Maverick from out of state and my experience with the whole team (including even the telephone receptionist) were just exceptionally nice and knowledgeable people to deal with . Nick Genovezos in sales was very well versed in the different options/trims available in the 2025 Maverick which was important since I was looking for the Maverick in a very specific color with very specific options. Also Freehold Ford gave me a very good trade-in price for my existing vehicle and also made the whole process re an out-of-state purchase very, very easy. I also want to mention that once I had decided to buy the truck from them, the finance people (Shane and Dennis) were also terrific to deal with. I have great credit and could have got a very low rate from USAA but they essentially managed to meet that same finance rate, and just as important, they were very good at explaining but not being "pushy" (which I hate) in trying to get me to buy other products (extended warranty,etc) which I did not need or want for this vehicle. I liked the experience so much, that when my son was looking for a White Ford Bronco Sporta few weeks later, I reached out to Nick but they didn't have any in White Bronco Sports in stock but within a few hours he called me back to say he might be able to get a White one with the options my son wanted from another dealer but that potential deal fell thru when the other dealer nixed the exchange at the last minute but that was certainly no fault of Freehold Ford/Nick. I was truly impressed with how quick and hard Nick worked to locate a vehicle for me that they didn't even have in stock. Overall, I just had a fantastic buying experience with them and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Ford car or truck.

Went in to have my 2019 F150 transmission issue

Went in to have my 2019 F150 transmission issue diagnosed. I was told that I needed a $7k rebuild. Spoke to Ford who reached out to you guys for some info. They were told that you were not willing to help me any longer and I should find another dealer. Funny thing. I got the software updated and it’s working fine now. You almost conned me out of $7k. I will be reporting this to every agency I can think of. You tried to rob me!

We visited 3 ford dealerships pricing the same vehicle

We visited 3 ford dealerships pricing the same vehicle with the same trade-in and Freehold Ford was the best by far with both the price and trade-in amount. Overall transaction was easy and everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. This was our second purchase at freehold ford and it won’t be our last. Service department is great too.

We had shopped the same car with the same trade-in an 3 Ford dealerships and freehold ford gave us the best price and the most money for our trade-in right off the bat without having to do “the dance”. All staff was a pleasure to work with and we appreciate their professionalism. I would highly recommend our sales associate Yvonne, she’s a doll. This was our second purchase at freehold ford, and we’ll be back again!
