Purchase of new car
I couldn't get my free car that was the only complaint. Anyway... all kidding aside, I purchased a 2014 Altima SV in May. It was exactly what I was looking for except it wasn't in black but silver was a good choice. Tara was great, I think she was new at the time I purchased the car. Overall Brenner Nissan is definitely one of the best dealerships on the Carlisle Pike. Definitely would purchase another from them.

New Car

Great service, all around.
These guys were friendly once I walked through the door. They found me the car I wanted within my price range. The car buying process was quick, fairly easy, and for the most part enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Brenner if you are looking to purchase a Nissan. They listen to your needs and get the job done!

Excellent accident repair
Twenty one days after I purchased my van another vehicle drove into the left front corner. The tire went flat, it was turned in about 45 degrees and the bumper and fender were twisted and torn. My first thought was to have it towed back to the dealer where I bought it. I assumed that they would be the most qualified to restore it to like new. I rode with the tow truck to Brenner Nissan. When I got there and established my reason for being there everyone in the office seemed to be helpful and understanding. The insurance company was contacted and the rental agency where I got the use of a vehicle was also contacted. The primary person that I worked with was Tom Toolan. He answered any question that I had and seemed to have all the time in the world to help. The repairs took 29 days and I stopped by several times to get an update and talk about progress and problems. I really believe that the customer that Tom is dealing with has his undivided attention while he is dealing with him or her. Everything was explained to my satisfaction. When I finally got my van back Tom showed me what was done. I also got detailed documentation about the parts, labor and materials. I think that they did a very good job.

My experience at Brenner Nissan-Please do no't go
This people are Fraud people. I am new buyer of car.basically ,i dont have any knowledge about car. i have taken nissan car .They have charged $2000.00 more than regular price. please don't go. The manager and sales people are fraud.

Worst Dealer Around
I have unfortunately purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer. The first time was painful and I thought maybe it was just a bad day...second time there were even more issues. The customer service is terrible. Darren is a finance manager with no customer service skills at all. The owner also has no customer service skills. This place is a joke from start to finish. I will never step foot in that building or any building with the Brenner name attached to it. They all should be ashamed of the way they treat people. I hope to see this dealership shut down.

Collision
I was directed to Brenner Nissan by my insurance company. Though my car was not repaired there because it was deemed a total loss, my experience with Tom Toolan was excellent. Mr. Toolan kept me informed throughout the process. I came late to gather my things from my car and Mr. Toolan stayed after his working hours to help me. He was incredibly nice, helpful and knowledgeable. He went beyond his job duties to make the process as stress free and painless as possible. I would recommend Tom Toolan and Nissan Brenner. He provided excellent customer service.

03 Toy 4Runner - Collision Repair Service - June 2014
I was directed to use Brenner Nissan by my insurance company with a little hesitation at first not having any prior experience with them. In the end, I was very pleased with the entire experience. Tom Toolan and staff handled my repair in a very professional, helpful and friendly manner. Tom is a very hard working and energetic person and I appreciated all his efforts; particularly since I had some special issues I asked to be addressed. He walked me through the process so I knew what to expect. He went out of his way to obtain OEM parts from a local Toyota dealer willing to match aftermarket part prices because the insurance adjuster based his estimate on the cheapest parts avaialable. It was Tom's idea to check with Toyota. The repair work was very well done and they cleaned my truck inside and out before pickup. Any company is only as good as its employees and as long as Tom Toolan is there and the others that did my repair, I strongly recommend Brenner's collision repair service.
