Best car buying experience we've had.

We contacted Brenner and were given an appointment with Wayne Taylor, and we are so thankful we did. Wayne is incredibly genuine and did everything he could to make us happy and kept our best interest at heart. We drove home from that appointment unexpectedly with a barely used 2015 vehicle, and 3 months later we returned to Wayne to lease a brand new 2016 Rogue. In both cases he went above and beyond to get us exactly what we were looking for. We went into that first appointment knowing that we needed two cars within a few months of each other, however, we were looking at a different brand than Nissan for the new one. After meeting with Wayne we knew we didn't want to even think about dealing with anyone else. Brenton Thompson was also a great help in showing us the tech functions in the Rogue. Everyone else we encountered during our visit was also extremely respectful, friendly, and quick to try to help. I doubt we'll be turning to any other dealership in the future. Thank you, Brenner!

Josh Dunn knows his car stuff

Josh Dunn answered every question and provided great info on not only the Murano I bought but others I was considering. I talked it up so much, my sister bought one too! Love the vehicle and we are quite happy with Brenner.

Best place to buy a Nissan.

My wife and I just bought two vehicles from Brenner Nissan. She got a Rogue and I got a Titan XD. If you are looking for a great place to buy a new car or truck you need to stop in and see Brenton Thompson and Davin. They are the best you will find. This is the second time I have bought from Brenner and I will keep going back. Great people that treat you like family. Thank you guys again for a great buying experience.

Highly recommended dealership in the area

My experience with this dealership since 03/2011. 2011 - Bought a certified pre-owned van with low mileage. This was our first experience purchasing a vehicle from a real dealership. My experience with the sales team and the whole buying process was excellent. Salesperson was very patient and answered all our questions and helped us decide weather to get a new or certified pre-owned with same level of warranty. - I've been taking the van to the service for the routine maintenance and found the service department very honest and professional. They follow what is recommended by nissan on their official SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE. GUIDE (comes with the vehicle or can be downloaded from Nissan's site) and don't throw extra services to generate extra revenue. You get a multipoint inspection report which tells you status of the brakes, tires etc. Over-all price is little high but you get what you pay for, i.e. nissan oil filter, rain-x latitude wiper blades etc. No cheap, aftermarket parts or recycled engine oil. - When the van needed some wear and tear repairs, Nissan's certified pre-owned warranty paid for everything and I didn't have any out of pocket expenses. I dropped the van for 60k maintenance, they took it out for a test drive, noticed what's wrong, called me to discuss... I authorized the work and they took care of it in a timely manner. 2013 - Van needed a minor body panel repair. Called them to check it they deal with my auto insurer. Found out they do, took it to their body shop... they took care of all the insurance paperwork and gave me a new nissan loaner vehicle. This was a great one stop experience for me. I didn't have have to deal with 3 different entities... body shop, insurance company and car rental place. 2016 - Just bought a new Altima. Different sales person but the same sales manager and same level of service. I'm very satisfied with Nissan and this dealership and look forward to continue doing business with them.

nissan altima love it

Brenton Thompson was my salesperson and he was very nice friendly with a good sense of humor. He got me payent I ask for he was awedome. Do If Your Looking Nissan Stop by and ask Brenton Thompson Jr

Service manager of the year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am writing this review on the service manger named Steve Ricci. He is an upright guy... I bought a vehicle from Brenner Nissan and had ALOT of problems with it since I bought it. I did the normal as everyone would do, I took into the service area and told them I just bought it and am having problems with it already. So here comes the man of the hour Mr. Steve Ricci not only did he defuse my irate situation and turned it into a pleasant conversation, this guy went out of his way to accommodate all my needs as of a rental and promised to get my truck repaired in a timely manner., he also did a lot of leg work into getting my busted truck a new motor put into it with no charge on my end. Very honest and loyal to his customers type of guy. We all know you cant get a new motor put into everyone's sick cars, but even before knowing about the new motor replacement, he showed great customer service toward me and my needs and made me feel and showed me that they would get to the bottom of the issue. Outstanding work on this gentleman... I also cant leave anyone else out who has had their hands full with myself or my truck issues but I do also think Charles Cribari, Andy Bollinger, and also Abdul Mossa should get some of this nightmares credit for turning a VERY big issue into a VERY pleasant turn out ... Thanks to all of you for the hard work and the dedication toward your customers...

Lousy service

I called 3 different times during a day to get a simple question answered. I left messages with the service department and the manager, but never received a return call. I finally called a 3rd. time and got an actual person. He put me on hold to find out the answer in 30 seconds. Then the phone just hung up. Just pure lousy service.

C service -

We purchased our car here and when we went to pick up the vehicle it was not ready. We had a scheduled 3:00pm pickup and the person who sold us the car had someone drive up the vehicle but said he couldn't help us because he had another client he was helping on the lot. We asked inside if someone could help us with the vehicle and they said that the person who sold us the car is responsible for that. We waited 30 -45 minutes more and then went back inside, when someone finally came out. They kindly removed the stickers on the vehicle after we asked them to, they originally did not want to do it and they gave us the car dirty. This place sucks - don't go there. They also charge you for miniscule things where others dealers will not. I am not putting the name of the person who sold the vehicle because everyone who helped us gave us C service.

Great service!

I've dealt with Brenner Nissan several times, I have a Jeep, and Brenner Nissan is the body shop for Brenner Jeep, so after a run in with a deer early this year, and then a spring hail storm, I know where they are, lol. I had found some sort of sticky material splashed on the hood of the car, and wanted to find out if there was something I could use myself without endangering the paint. Mr. Christopher Prater, and the office person (sorry, I did not get your name), were quick to come out and take a look and listen to my concerns (I didn't know if AI would be having to file an insurance claim). Mr. Prater popped into the shop for a second or two and returned with some material that safely removed the material, and he answered a couple of questions as to what we did. And all of this at lunch time on what was surely going to be a busy day. This was the same level of excellent customer service I have received from Brenner Nissan *every* time I have visited them. You can trust them. Thanks Chrisotpher!

Great customer care
