Poor service

My 21 Denali diesel had contaminated fuel, gas in the diesel at the station. Had a complete fuel system replacement performed at Lawrence. Picked up the truck after 4 weeks and a $9200.00 bill and didn?t even get off the parking lot until I noticed it running rough. Then all kinds of codes came in. After another 3 days in the shop, it was again ready, for an additional $822.00. The repair was due to reusing a $9.07 bolt. The bolt ?stretched? and was causing cylinder 5 to mis-fire. Never should have had to pay the $822.00 because the job was rework from the initial repair. And when spending $9200.00 what?s the sense in reusing 6 $9.00 bolts that cost over $800.00 to replace. Will I have to do this repair 5 more times when the other cylinders start misfiring due to reused bolts? I have no faith in taking this truck on any kind of trip! This whole repair experience was horrible. I had to call and check in on progress and it?s difficult to get return calls. Usually takes a day or you have to call again.

Dealership's email system does NOT work.

Dealership's email system does NOT work. Dealership would NOT provide a trade value on my vehicle UNLESS I drove 2 hours for them to do it. TERRIBLE customer service.

Unsatisfied

Unsatisfactorily service appointment, issue could not be fixed because they didn't have the part. Why wouldn't you order parts for issue you know are scheduled for repair?

Warranty repairs

Disappointed the tire sensor wasn?t covered due to moisture in tire. sway bar loose under vehicle, was covered. BUT the tire now is worn on inside so bad it won?t pass inspection AND they don?t tell or show me that. Glad a friend saw it when I parked it with wheel turned and they saw it

Outstanding

Bought my first ever brand new vehicle from Lawrence and one of the better car shopping experiences I can remember. They offered a fair price from the get go which I appreciate. I worked with Owen mostly over email before meeting in person. He and everyone else were great. I’ll be checking here when my wife is ready for a new vehicle.

Don't bother.

The red Grand sport was all but sold. I had them check it for a massive exhaust leak. They were supposed to call me back on 3 occasions they never did at which point I withdrew my deposit. Happy I did found another with less miles and much more ho for 10k less. There is actually a Callaway for sale with only 17k miles for 29k much better deal.
