Customer Service is Great!

I have been coming to the service department for my GMC truck for a couple of years now. They are always accurate in their estimates of time it takes to complete the service. The staff is always friendly. The service here is ALWAYS great!

The day man

To say the least, I have been shopping at many dealerships and I'm a stats guy with an MBA I look at car per dollar and put their figures into a spreadsheet to see if it makes sense! The guy I worked with was Cade Ramussen. Awesome guy very friendly and very knowledgeable. Also he didn't try to short me on price I told him I make business decisions give me your best out the door quote with all fees etc... So I can compare with other dealers and he gave a very competitive quote on the cars I was looking at! Which is rare since so many think you are dumb and don't shop around! It was nice for once to see a guy that understood that I want a decent price now. Since I'll just be comparing it to other dealerships anyway. (using a spreadsheet rating system). Overall Cade Ramussen was an all-star. He also went and got the cars in rain and brought them to me to test drive so I didn't have to go into the raining parking lot. If you are looking for a good car guy go with Cade.

Everythying was PERFECT!

Everyone at this dealership were amazing! However this was probably one of the easiest and best buying experiences we have ever had. Mark Knickerbocker is the reason why! He is incrediable and I would and will highly reccomend him to everyone I know. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and pressure free. Thank you so much Mark..We LOVE our new truck!

Great car buying experience!

Made one call to the dealer told them what I was looking for and what terms I wanted. The salesman took some time to run some numbers came back to me that same day with a deal that was spot on to what I had requested. No fus, no need to go back and forth on price. They got it done. Even gave me more for my trade in then two other dealers were willing to give.

New 2016 Malibu purchase

Sean Carson is the best salesman around and a great friend. The whole Larry H Miller Chevrolet Provo Group is awesome. Top notch service department Jason Young and Brent Moore are great. They also have a great parts department Tom Maxfield, Joanne Carson, and Kirk Lerwill very knowledgeable and no there stuff. Overall what a great Dealership. Thanks again
