i want to thank Carsley Crabtree for answering our email right away and Larry Crone for all of his help when we purchased a pickup. We looked at a 2007 Chevy and did buy it. Larry didn't pressure us to look at a newer model and we both appreciated that. This was the best experience either one of us have had purchasing a vehicle and it was painless. Steve York and Jeremy Ellis were great to work with. I wanted a Jeep with an unusual mix of options. They did not have it in stock (no one did within 500 miles) but Steve was glad to order me one - there was no pressure to get me to purchase something that was on the lot so they could boost that month's sales. Jeremy was very friendly and helpful when we picked it up. They had all of the paperwork filled out in advance and we were in and out, complete with financing, in 20 minutes.
