I drove to the nearest town to have my bumper attached as I hit it going through a low area and several of the screw attachments got busted off inside wheel well causing the bumper hang loosly which began to rub against my tires at speeds over 55 mph. Toni Wilson had his technition get right on it and quickly reattached my bumper so I could get back on the road again. I live 4 hours away and the Pettijohn Collision Center team got me back on the road within 30 minutes. It's service like this that will keep me favoring GMC products and their service centers nationwide.

Just wanted to say a good word about Toni and everyone at the shop. They recently took excellent care of my sister and 93 year old father who were traveling from Wisconsin to Texas when they had a fender bender. Toni was very calm and competent, a real life saver, or should I say trip saver! Thanks to him they were able to get back on the road with only an hour delay. Excellent service and customer care!!

Was taking my 93 year old dad to Texas for the winter when I ran into a lamp post before getting into the lobby of the first hotel. They fixed my Dodge caravan within an hour the next morning so I could continue my 4day trip. Did a wonderful job; Very understanding, friendly and confirmed my belief that there are a lot of wonderful people out there.
