UPDATE OF REVIEW ON AUGUST 16TH. Met with GM at Sun Chevy. He had already reviewed my concerns and had found that a input error had caused the overpricing. A mutually agreed credit will be issued. Have to give Sun credit for stepping up, admitting the error and taking positive action. Sun Chevy will continue to by my go to service center for my GM cars.

The team at Sun worked to help locate a new 2025 truck with my specifications very quickly and gave me a very good price on the trade in for my old truck despite it being in their shop for service. Salesman, Jack Shaw was great. Very responsive and kept me updated thru the whole process.

Dave Dinwiddie is an excellent mechanic. He was able to diagnose that a finishing nail was picked up in my tire along the outside area of the tire. There was no possibility of a patch so I did have to get a new tire, but it beats a tire blowout going 65 mph. Christine at the service desk was very kind. The entire experience from check-in to checkout was extremely easy and everyone was so kind. Wonderful dealership and better people. Thank you.
