I was met at the door by a very nice gentleman who asked

I was met at the door by a very nice gentleman who asked if he could help and guided me to the service department. The guy in service was equally helpful, explained the process, and offered things to assist with my wait. All this was greatly appreciated as this was my first trip with my Audi for service. I could have taken advantage of the drop-off/pick-up service, but I chose instead to just walk to the mall. While there, I was given text message updates, received a video showing the inspection, and was called to inform me of service completion. Upon returning, I was given the opportunity to ask questions, was guided to the cashier, and was thanked by everyone I encountered, including the guy doing the video, for my business. Very pleasant experience!

I arrived for my appointment at 9:00 AM.

I arrived for my appointment at 9:00 AM. I met Seth the service manager and we discussed the service required. Seth was very professional and answered all my questions about my BMW. After the service was completed, Seth went over what was done and brought the car and keys to me.

I already responded to one follow-up email that everything was handled to my satisfaction. As far as "quality" of work asked below, I can only assume the service department changed the oil. I did view the video which documented the tire service. The waiting area was very nice.
