If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I called D Patrick Volkswagen after having an absolutely terrible experience at another dealer. (I had driven 2.5 hours to purchase a new vehicle only to arrive and find that the vehicle, VIN, price, and even interior color were not what I had been expecting.) Needless to say, by the time I called D Patrick Volkswagen, I was extremely apprehensive about driving another two hours to another dealership. I explained the entire situation over the phone and told them that they had a vehicle I loved, but I needed to know everything was worked out before I made another long drive. From that moment on, the experience could not have been better. David was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, patient, straightforward, and understanding about why I was hesitant. They handled everything they could ahead of time, had my approval within about an hour, and made me feel completely comfortable making the drive. When we arrived later that day, the exact vehicle I was expecting was there waiting for me. There were no surprises, no games, and no pressure. David took the time to explain the vehicle and its features, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. The manager, Shannon, and the gentleman who handled our financing were also fantastic. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly, and made what had started as a horrible car-buying day end on an incredibly positive note. This dealership earned our future business. We drove two hours to get there, and after this experience, I would gladly make that drive again. When it is time for another vehicle, D Patrick Volkswagen is where we will go! Thank you, David, and everyone involved, for showing us what buying a vehicle SHOULD be like. You turned an awful experience into an exciting one, and we truly appreciate it! I love my new SUV!

Both our salesman and the finance manager were great to work with. They worked very hard to get us the best deal and into a vehicle we were happy with!

I would not recommend this location to anyone the sales person was very good but the service was terrible I was ripped off I had nothing but trouble out of my 24 VWatlas I was over there about every 2 months they never fixed the problem after 20 t miles 4 new tires then after 3t miles on this one 4 more new tires I was livid they are a big rip off don't ever buy a VW Atlas I never will my husband was hung up on when trying to talk to them about the problems bad service they put a remote start on my car didn't even do that right STAY AWAY

Great experience buying from them. Ashtyn(sales) was a huge help. Never acted rushed even though it was close to closing time. And always responds quickly with questions even after the sale. Service dept treats you very well. Tabatha is kind and very good at her job. We loved our whole experience with Dpatrick.

We were very impressed with the sales dept when we bought our new car. Especially Ashtyn, she was patient with us driving several different ones. Service dept here is great also they treat you like you matter.

Video was very informative in showing the different parts of the car that were inspected. Personnel were polite and courteous. Very respectful.
