Great Service
Employees in the service department are very friendly and professional. I observed while I was in the waiting room how kind they are to all the customers and how customers are updated on progress or problems.

The friendly staff, comfortable waiting area, and they make sure that the customer knows that they are valued. Need ice for their drink machine.

Fantastic
This was the first time I've bought a new car in my life and they were extremely well to work with. Jacob Banks was extremely fun to work with and my wife and I will be going back next year to buy another car .

Excellent.
Murdock Hyundai is fast and effective. They were also the most relaxing dealership I've ever been to. I was able to look at several vehicles, test them all and finally sign for and drive away in only a few hours. I literally walked in, and 5 hours later I drove away with the type of vehicle I was looking for. Nick Rose was extremely helpful (drove back with me to my place to check out my trade) and was able to help me find a good vehicle for a good price. Financing was extremely efficient, I was literally finished with all documents and signing off in less than an hour. Overall solid sales and customer service. My only suggestion would be a smoother walk-in as it's so relaxed that really you just sort of have to ask someone if they can help you. Thanks for the great service! Matt

just okay
It mostly went well. Derick was great and helped me out with anything I needed. He let me bug him through text or phone if I had any questions or concerns. The problems I ran into is that I was sold a 2014 hyundai sonata that was said to have 18,500 miles on it, but when I drove away, it actually had 23,800 miles on it. Also the oil change miles said it needed to be changed by 22,514--so it was past due when they sold it to me. When I called Derick, he talked to Casey, the sales manager, and they decided I should get 3 free oil changes (1 years worth) for the mess up (but lets be honest---that's 1 to replace the fact that they didn't do it before selling me the car, and then 2 more...). Personally, that is not right. After discussing with them different options (or lack of), I asked them to give me some floor mats and the 3 oil changes. They ended up giving me the floor mats and 1 oil change to cover the one they should have already done before giving me the car. If you ask me, they should have been more careful. It was a great experience other than all that, and Derick was awesome, but he really should have been more particular in checking the numbers (I mean 5000 miles off isn't just a little bit...). Derick was friendly and not pushy at all which is what made me stick with him, and when I'm ready for another car someday, I'd go back to him and/or refer my friends to him.

Very fine experience
We are happy to be served by Murdock Hyundai of Lindon, Utah. When we were in Texas and needed help, we called and the service department talked to the Hyundai Dealer there and we immediately received help.
