The sales person was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He was able to show us all of the details on the car we were considering and answer any and all of our questions. We were also able to setup our first oil change appointment at the dealership. I would definitely recommend the dealership and this particular sales person. It was a great experience.

The second my wife and I walked in the door, Aaron was...

The second my wife and I walked in the door, Aaron was there to greet us with the biggest smile on his face. I ended up not purchasing the car the first visit but purchases my vehicle 3 weeks later. Aaron helped me from day 1 and I feel that our business transaction has built a friendship. He is extremely trustworthy and absolutely a pleasure to work with. I will recommend him to my friends and family and I'll be purchasing my 2015 Genesis 5.0 R-Soec AWD from him. Murdock Hyundai is very lucky to have someone like Aaron Handy representing their company. The reason why I gave him 5 stars is because he was very patient and understanding. He also went out of his way to find me the exact trim.

We have never been to dealership that was so attentive to...

We have never been to dealership that was so attentive to our needs and wants. Willie answered every question not only completely but he put them on a level that we "old folks" could understand. We really appreciated the tour of the dealership and the sincere desire of the employees to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Even when we came back the next day with additional paperwork and questions for the service department we really felt welcome. Willie was not in yet so Ben Ludwig greeted us and answered our questions as well as taking care of a couple of requests we had. Willie has even called to see if I had any questions he could answer about the vehicle we bought! Thank you for such a great experience. Originally we came in to just look and test drive but Willie is such a great salesman we fell in love with the vehicle. He even made sure we got the color we wanted. I have already recommend this dealership to a friend and look forward to our future visits for service.

This was my first experience buying a new car. I have heard all the horror stories about pressure and was concerned. Joe came recommended by friends and I was not disappointed. I never felt even a hint of pressure. I need a car quickly and in a certain price point. Joe was fast, friendly and intuitive to my needs. When I need a new car, I will go to Joe. Thanks Joe!!

Eric was very helpful, he helped us get the car checked out by a mechanic, and he was considerate of our budget. I had dropped by for like maybe 5 minutes several months ago and had talked with him. He remembered my name and where I worked, I was blown away!!

This was the second dealer that i visited which i was...

This was the second dealer that i visited which i was very happy to, because we went to burt brothers and was attacked by a salesmen could not get a word in and did not like the prices and selections they had to offer ! So we came to hyundai was greeted by a very friendly salesmen, worked with us for a very long period of time and had no problem doing whatever he could to help us ! Happy with the prices and overall customer service and will come back again, also will refer family and friends to go here as well !

I went to this dealership specifically to work with Lynn....

I went to this dealership specifically to work with Lynn. He had sold a car to my wife's sister, and we both decided that when it came time for us to buy a new car a couple of months later, we would go to him. As expected, he treated us with as much frank helpfulness, and a sincere desire to make us happy, as he had her sister months prior. When we arrived, he was busy with another customer, so he asked Ryan to help us while he finished up. Both of them were very helpful and cheerful as they worked with us to make sure we were getting the exact car we wanted. Not only that, but they helped us land on the price we were hoping to pay for the lease. It was a great deal, and one that I was excited to tell my family and friends all about.

We dealt with Lynn. He was amazing. We explained what we wanted and the price. He narrowed it down to exactly the style we were looking for after showing us 3 separate cars to get a feel for what we liked. He was kind to our 3 kids and very patient. Answered all the questions we had and although hands on and readily available for help and questions, was not in your face, and gave us space to talk with my smoking hot wife, which was a big selling point for me!! Through the entire process he made everything feel very comfortable, and stress free. At the risk of getting him in trouble, I told him the other car I was looking at and he told me the pros and cons of that brand vs the Hyundai. I respected that he was honest up front with the values of the other car. I hate car shopping in general, but Lynn made this a pain free, pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend buying a car from him, and have already told people about the great experience I had with him as my salesman. When it comes time to buy another car we will definitely be coming back and asking for Lynn.

I had wanted to buy a great luxury sedan for quit some...

I had wanted to buy a great luxury sedan for quit some time, i had been all over utah county and was able to test drive about 30 cars that week. Infiniti Lexus bmw etc. I couldnt find all the features i wanted within the price budget my wife gave me. I could only find 2 or 3 year old cars with a few miles on it in my price range but i felt i wasnt getting all the bang for my buck. (Features, back up camera, nav, sun roof, leather) I had bought my wife a hyundai accent a year or two before brand new from murdock hyundai in Logan. I never expected myself to buy a hyundai because i was very picky about speed, sporty, and luxury. Something that did not cross my mind when i thought of hyundai. I received advice from a good friend of mine in southern california named James Kennedy, he aparantly does work with a lot of dealers and murdock was one of them. I received a mailer and an email from him explaining his relationship with murdock and i decided to give it a try. Andrew May (sales assosiate) was fantastic. He quickly got me in a car that i liked right away. He put me in a turbo sonata, and i liked it ok. After the test drive we looked around at some other cars and he showed me a black fully decked out sonata turbo that i feel in love with. The interior was exactly what i was looking for and Andrew did a great job at explaining all the features. I assumed it would be a lot more than i was willing to pay and after sitting down with him i realized it was a few thousand less than i thought. Andrew allowed me to take the car up to my wifes work (great selling tool btw) She loved it and i loved being able to be trusted by an employee to just take the car and be back when i felt fit. I couldnt help but race the turbo back to the dealership with the ok to buy from my wife. We had a great experience and i am thrilled with my car. Like i said before a Hyundai was not in my mind of a sport luxury sedan until i was introduced to the sonata limited turbo. I dont regret my decision at all and Andrew only solidified it as he was able to well explain and help me and my wife understand all the features, the free car washes for life (also a great selling tip, too bad you mentioned it because i wash my car atleast every other week haha.) To sum up we had a great experience and it was well worth the experience and the decision to buy from there. Thank you and thank andrew, he was great. Rob & Mariah Hopkins
