With as busy as our day was and we had to find a new car. JJ at Keller Brothers made our life easy and told us to go and deal with other things we had pressing in our life while they took care of all the paperwork to get to the result of the car deal. We were able to come back in and sign all paperwork within 30 minutes and left with a beautiful 2018 Ford Explorer.

JJ Suk took us through the process of purchasing a used car from the time we met him, until the time we pulled off the lot with our Fusion Hybrid. He was very easy going and never pressured us once. (I hate pressure guys). JJ was unique. We just got the feeling he was really concerned about getting us the right car, and when all was said and done, he did. He was with us all the way. He had answers for our questions before we even asked them. (example: "JJ, we need a second set of keys." He had them in his hand and gave them to us. "JJ, there's no owners manual in the glove box." He had already marked it down to have one sent to us.) An excellent salesman, who just made things very easy and nice for us to purchase our car. He explained everything about the technology inside the car, and we felt like we could operate most of the "techy" things when we left the lot. JJ Suk is a great model for the Keller Bros. dealership. He's positive and makes you feel at home. I'd buy another car from him in a minute, trusting his judgement and suggestions.
