From the minute you pull in the garage you are greeted and work is starting. Your taken to a waiting room with television or internet. Snacks and drinks are available and offered. Area is always neat and clean. Each individual person there are always pleasant and care about you to help you in any way. Sue at the desk is always pleasant and friendly. If you run into any salespeople you know, they always stop to say hello and ask how you are. The service people are giving you information to help you know what’s going on and how long it will take and best of all, your car is all vacuumed and washed when you leave. Sales is excellent, service is very slow to get in for appointments. Takes at least 2 weeks to get in just for a regular service .

Excellent dealership! All the sales department and especially Jack, Jimmy, Bob are laid back easy going no pressure make yourself at home people while purchasing a new vehicle. It’s a dealership that I would enjoy stopping everyday just to talk to everyone who works there. Every single employee I talked at the dealership was extremely nice honest and down to earth.

I called to bring my Wrangler in for 2 recalls. They "ordered" the parts after confirming the Vin and would call me when they arrived. 2 weeks later I get a call saying one of the parts requires the mileage for them to order it. It took 2 weeks to figure this out? So, I call and am transferred to Scott's voicemail. I leave a message for him to return the call to give them the mileage and make sure nothing else is needed. 4 more calls go unanswered. I even spoke to the front reception and explain to her what is going on. She says she will give him a message directly. I have yet to hear from them and my Jeep still needs a clockspring.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Prices were reasonable and service was hassle-free I will be going back if I have anymore issues with my vehicle!
