From top to bottom this is the dealership who makes magic happen! Tony was our sales PROFESSIONAL, and he was not only knowledgeable and kind, he made sure that we were happy with the vehicle after the sale. I have never had a salesman who took an hour and a half of his time to ensure we were absolute experts on the new car we were buying. He had the swagger of a General Manager and the demeanor of Mr. Rogers! Super friendly! Go ask for him personally when you go! Bill was the other absolutely AMAZING piece to the team. He was able to make our deal not only work, but work to the very significant benefit of my wife and I. Again I found a PROFESSIONAL, who was completely dedicated to his customer. He always put our needs first and even negotiated to get the price point we needed with the ownership(without even have to ask). He knew where we needed to be to make our deal happen and he carried us there, after only having a single 5 min conversation with us. I just feel like you don't see that in modern car sales, a GM who is wholly focused as an advocate to his customers. Above all else he always made sure to be completely honest, and without having to voice it. You knew he was giving you the whole story on each topic we discussed. Thank you Bill! The last part of any deal is getting paperwork complete, and that can be the most jarring for some people. Tracy will have none of that stress for her customers, she was fast, extremely knowledgeable, and was willing to answer ANY AND ALL questions. She was like Patrick Swayze from Roadhouse, a total Cooler! She is just wonderful wonderful wonderful. South Park Mitsubishi was a dream car buying experience from top to bottom. No fuss, no arguing, no pleading to get to where we needed to be for our deal. Their customer service Ambassadors(sales team) embodied the dream team of car buying. I beg you dear reader to not go anywhere else, for the sake of your wallet and your sanity/happiness. Feel empowered that no matter the constraints of your particular deal, they WILL be overcome by the South Park Mitsubishi team, and you will get into the car of your dreams. We had a reasonably complicated deal, and got it done in under 2 hours(from walking in to driving away in our new 2016 Outlander SE). They are as I said early the Disney World of Bethel Park, where magic happens every day!
