South Park Mitsubishi

This was BY FAR the best car buying experience in my lifetime (70 yrs).... Not only was the car & price perfect, but so were the people..They were: Professional, efficient, courteous...I could go on but I'm bias now in that I feel like we're family.

I recently purchased two cars from South Park Mitsubishi and was very impressed. From the very beginning, they were looking out for my best interest. They provided excellent customer service. I got a chance to meet the owner, who was a real pleasure to work with. I am very satisfied with both cars that I purchased, and will continue to take my business to South Park Mitsubishi.

My husband and I have been buying our cars from Gokhan Cinar for over 15 years. Gokhan was recommended to us by the manager of a car service station. Gokhan has always given us the best deals on the most reliable cars. He is a pleasure to deal with. So when Gokhan became one of the owners of South Park Mitsubishi, it was only natural that we would follow him there. And we are so glad we did! Gokhan Cinar has brought to South Park Mitsubishi his philosophy of excellent customer service, making sure the cars he sells are reliable and in excellent condition, and just going out of his way to make the car buying experience as pleasant as possible. Everyone who works at South Park Mitsubishi is super nice and goes out of their way to help you. That includes the salesmen, service department managers, mechanics, and every other employee that I have dealt with. We have bought two vehicles from South Park Mitsubishi. A 2002 Montero Limited – with low mileage, fully loaded, super clean, and in excellent condition. Initially, I did not want a car as old as 2002, but when I saw it and drove it, I fell in love with it. And Gokhan gave us a terrific deal on it. With the extended bumper to bumper warranty most repairs have been covered. Most recently we purchased a 2012 Galant – with 3 miles on it, fully loaded with all the bells and whistles. Again, Gokhan gave us an excellent deal on it. Before we drove the car from the dealership, Gokhan made sure the car was washed and had a full tank of gas. In addition, Brian made sure all of our personal belongings were removed from our old car. We had a factory remote starter installed on it and Tim, the technician who installs the remote starters came to our house and picked up the Galant, installed the remote starter, and brought the Galant back to us totally washed. South Park Mitsubishi is about 20 miles from our home and although there are quite a few car dealerships within a few miles of our home, Gokhan Cinar and his staff make it worth the extra miles to come to South Park Mitsubishi to buy our cars and to have them serviced. We consider Gokhan a good friend! Steve or one of the other employees in the Service Department are always willing to take me to the Lytle T station so I can get to work and to pick me up in the afternoon so I can pick up my car. Every time I have picked up my car from the Service Department it has been washed. I would highly recommend South Park Mitsubishi!! They have a customer for life!! Sue and Bill

ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS..DISREGARD THE PREVIOUS REVIEW..THIS PERSON IS CLEARLY MISTAKEN...THE OWNER, GOKHAN, IS NOTHING OF THE SORT...HE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROUD OF THE MITSUBISHI BRAND...AND IF THAT COMES OFF AS RUDE AND CONDESCENDING...MAYBE IT IS YOU AS THE CUSTOMER THAT NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT..I EXPERIENCED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GOKHAN OFFERS..TODAY I PURCHASED AN OUTLANDER FROM GOKHAN... I HAVE BEEN LOOKING AT VARIOUS SUVS ONLINE AND AT NUMEROUS DEALERSHIPS...THE DECIDING FACTOR WAS THE SALESMAN/OWNER (GOKHAN) WHO APPROCHED ME WHILE I WALKED THE LOT. I WAS TORN BETWEEN THE OUTLANDER AND THE OUTLANDER SPORT...HE ASKED ME QUESTIONS ABOUT MY LIFESTYLE THAT HELPED ME DECIDE HOW MUCH ROOM I NEED..AND AFTER THAT HELPEDME FIGURE OUT WHICH OPTIONS I NEEDED...GOKHAN WAS FANTASTIC AND SO INFORMATIVE...I WOULD **ABSOLUTELY** RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO PURCHASE FROM GOKHAN..COULDNT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE!

bought a 2011 endevor used,great price,nice and clean vehicle. but im dissapointed that it did not have a second key and the salesman did not show me all the features before i left.

Friendly and efficient service. Knowledgeably answered all questions and provided information without being prompted. Quality sales staff! Would definitely recommend South Park Mitsubishi to friends and family.

From my trade in, to working out the financing, to walking me through all the features in the car. Brian (my sales rep) and Bill (the sales manager) were more than helpful and patient with me. I'm not a paperwork guy and for the first time in my life I left a car dealership understanding everything I signed and NOT frustrated in the least bit. Great experience at South Park Mitsubishi. They earned my loyalty as a client for life.

Everyone be aware of the sales manager named Bill... To start things off I couldn't get a price quote on a new lease off of him over the phone... Second , I take the hour drive to visit the dealership and get treated like I know nothing about my trades true value.... Then they call me to come back in so that they can give me a better trade number on my car and when I walk in.... The sales manager Bill gives me a lower trade amount than what was originally quoted.... I have purchased a dozen of new vehicles over the last few years and have never been treated so poorly by any other dealer that I have ever visited..... I would never recommend South Park Mitsubishi to any person that I care about... This is not a honest establishment in my opinion.

While out of town, this dealer came to my home 25 miles away, picked up the car, repaired it, then returned washed and waxed. I cam home to a repaired, clean car. Phone calls & emails kept me advised to the progress. WOW !!!

I went to South Park Mitsubishi with my eye on a 2013 Lancer Evolution. I had recently been in an accident and totaled my Subaru WRX STi. I wasn't sure if we would be able to get a deal done, because I was still waiting for a few pieces of paperwork on my previous lender's end. The team at South Park Mitsubishi was awesome. They had a real passion for their vehicles, and they worked hard to get my deal done. The best part was, they got it done quickly. This was a huge factor for me because I didn't have rental insurance. They didn't keep me waiting around in the showroom for hours upon end for no reason. They were professional and knowledgeable of their products and the situation. They told me what I needed, I got it for them, and they got the deal done. No hassles, no headaches, and best of all, no lies. I drove my car off of the lot feeling great about the process, and feeling like I got a great deal on an amazing vehicle. I have already recommended South Park Mitsubishi to a few friends and I would definitely recommend them on this website. It is truly a buying experience like no other.
