no hassle

Purchased a 2020 jeep Cherokee from dealership. My salesman, Jim Schildt made the process simple and easy. No complaints and would recommend anyone looking for a car to go to Quigley Motors and see Jim Schildt.

Steve Gordon made this deal smooth and stress free

This is my third Dodge Durango and by far the best transaction I have ever had dealing with the salesmen. Steve Gordon is a knowledgeable and very personable salesman who made this out of state deal go as smooth as it could possibly be especially with all that is going on these days. He made sure I understood all the paperwork and all I needed to know about the vehicle, which was prepped and ready to go when I arrived. Even though this dealership is considerable out of my way, I found what I wanted, and Steve made it a very pleasant experience. So much so, I will definitely return in a few years and work with him again. NYC to Boyertown, thank you!

Buying a Car for my Son

I have purchased several cars in my lifetime--and the experience has always been a back-and-forth negotiation of delay and delay and use up my time and patience. to try to avoid this pattern, i sent out 10 emails to to 10 different dealerships asking for best price on a particular model jeep. rob was one of only two dealership salespersons to return my query with legit. info. when i responded with questions, rob wrote me a detailed and incredibly long paragraph which answered every question i asked. amazing. i live in central jersey and drove 1.5 hours to the dealership and rob was waiting with a smile and a handshake. most importantly, he lived up to his word--and made what is almost always a painful process a cool and fun chat. if you are looking for straight talk and a chill experience with a real person--and no games--call rob first. this is the second time i have ever left a review for anyone--and i am 59. if i had a lot more money, i would buy a car from rob every week.

Rob at Quigley motors was Exemplary.

Drove over an hour from central New Jersey and the drive was well worth it. They had a great team of people helping get us the best deal possible. The salesman Rob Freeman was funny, helpful, and maintained his pleasant mood for over 5 hours despite numerous hiccups and hurdles. I could not have been happier with the price and model of my Jeep. I would highly recommend this dealership and Rob to anyone and if I ever buy another Jeep it will absolutely be from this dealership again!!

Steve at Quigley was great!

Steve Gordon was a pleasure to work with. He was very honest and upfront about everything. Made the car buying process so much easier! Was very easy to communicate, answered all of our questions, and was very patient throughout the process. Will definitely recommend this dealership and Steve to any friends or family that will be in the market for a car!

Best buying experience ever, no pressure

Best car buying experience in my 35 years of buying cars. Rob Freeman was awesome! Based in NJ searched the Tri state area for used Pacifica Touring L, with options needed. Spoke to Rob via phone as was traveling for business by their dealership. He was informative and non pushy on the phone, telling me the history of the van I was interested in. Upon arrival we sat unrushed in the car prior to the test drive, as I was getting familiar with all controls. Rob followed my gaze and offered tips on each control I was looking at without me even asking. Was like he read my mind. Excellent service and awareness. Was so natural and informative that we sat for 30 minutes before we drove off, with a full understanding/comfort level of the car like I'd driven it for weeks. More questions and answers as we drove, no rush, very informative. Came back to lot, never left the vehicle. Discussed my target price with Rob, he went inside to see if that could work. No pushy sales manager, no 2 on 1 sales tactic. I stood outside, admired the van, looked it over, etc. Rob came back and we had a deal! Then asked about my trade-in, had number in mind, same process, he went inside I stayed outside, no pressure. Came back with number that worked! Easy peasy! Being on business I asked him to get the paperwork and vehicle ready for pick up next day. No deposit asked for, no pressure, just a handshake. Went back next day, unloaded my belongings to new van, signed papers, gave check and was on my way. PS my trade in didn't have the 2nd or 3rd row seats as they were home in NJ during my business trip. Rob still took my trade and agreed to have me bring the seats to him on Monday on my trip to Pittsburgh, giving me the Pacifica anyway. Seamless, best car buying experience ever! Will be a client for life!

Great service very helpful

I bought a 2015 Chrysler 200 s from Quigley Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram. All of the people who i talked with were very helpful. It was a positive enjoyable experience. They answered any and all questions i had. They gave me a reasonable price for my car i was trading. I received a very good deal on my Chrysler 200 s. The salesman who helped me with the purchase of my car was Ed Mcgrath Jr. A+ If you have any questions ask for Ed.

great experience

Purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot for my wife. This is the way to do business! Our salesman, Roger Fry, was spot on. Straight forward and very likeable. Roger showed us a Patriot with just the equipment my wife wanted - no upsell. It wasn't our first color choice but Roger and his manager made us a deal we couldn't refuse. My wife loves her Jeep compared to her 2012 GMC Terrain. Ask for Roger and you'll see for yourself how easy it can be.

Fair, customer friendly and great workmanship

Today I had my 2005 Dodge Dakota serviced and repaired at Quigley. Their Parts and service department is great. Service Manager, Harry Donnelly worked with me and explained all the parts I needed and why. The turnaround is always quick and painless. And with a 2 vehicle family with kids, that's very important. My once noisy creaky truck now rides like new. We have purchased many vehicles through Quigley and have exclusively used them for maintenance on them. I have always been exceptionally happy with their prices, timeliness and workmanship. The new facility is exceptional. We also have purchased 2 minivans from them. I always love to browse the new and used cars when I take my vehicles in. One day I will buy a new Dodge Challenger from them, if my wife lets me. They are truly a local dealership you can trust.

Awful customer service

- Quigley Chrysler makes a mistake and forgets to put the oil cap back on after an oil service. - I see this mistake while filling up the washer fluid and stop by to inform the service department of the mistake - Get treated like a liar, my integrity is challenged and service guy walks away. - While I am explaining my issue another customer has a complaint and is treated same way. - Yeah I frequently make more stress in my life because I don't have enough already. Another dealership with awful customer service and will delete any negative feedback from Facebook page. Think twice before using this dealership, I will be switching to one that is farther away but light years ahead. Looking forward to speaking with the owner if he cares at all about how his staff treats his customers
