After traveling 5.

After traveling 5.5 hours to see and possibly buy the red Camaro found that the Car was not great due to rust water everywhere and signs of abuse. When mentioned to the salesman, The manager jumped all over us saying the car is perfect and the price is what it is! Basically saying get out! Would never buy a car from this place even if it was half price! Do not buy used from them!

Kelly Stephens has been an amazing help to me with my new Trailblazer. She goes the extra mile for her customers, and she was highly recommended to me. We appreciate Jeremy and his kind attitude, and we also enjoyed working with J.C. in financing. Choosing Steve Austin's Auto Group has been a rewarding experience!

Car oil change

Steve Austin is my place to go. Since I've bought my car from Steve Austin's, I only go to them, they are the only ones who's allowed to touch my car. Always Friendly and explains every detail.

Great service at Steve Austin's

Steve Austin's is a great place to have any GM vehicle serviced. I purchased my Cadillac XT4 at a Dayton dealership, but have my car serviced at Steve Austin's for two important reasons: 1.) Great service, top notch service writers and technicians. 2.) Steve Austin's goes to great lengths to ensure your vehicle is properly serviced. They contacted GM directly regarding an electrical issue, corrected the problem and my car was fixed. The Dayton dealership was eager to sell me my Cadillac take the cash, but not eager to schedule my car for service. An oil change and tire rotation was 3 weeks out, no loaner cars available as I work and live in another city. They promoted written false advertising stating that they would pick up my car from my employer, service it and return it the same day. No deal when I called to schedule for service. I won't return to that Dayton dealership, but I will continue to repeatedly go back to Steve Austin's!

Great Experience Buying a Chevy Bolt

Everyone we talked to at every step of the way was not only courteous, but genuinely friendly and enthusiastic. Lance Salyer was our salesman. He was excellent. He personable and attentive, walking us through everything and even calling us a few days after the purchase to check in. We are extremely happy with how this all went. Thank you!

Exceptionally smooth process, great service!

Kelli and the staff treated us exceptionally well throughout and after the sale. They committed to fixing a few minor items and followed through! We had a great experience and I would highly recommend giving them a try.

Poor Customer Relations

After accident due to snow conditions in Dec. ‘22, had vehicle taken to State Farm’s authorized inspection/repair center. (This same body shop repaired vehicle from a prior accident due to being rear ended. Work was decent, communication very poor.). After 2 weeks, Bryce Hensley finally done initial estimate, came to approx. $6300, but, he totally left off the front end damage that was reported in the accident report, only quoted for left side damage. Bryce stated he knew he needed to communicate better, and would contact customers evry couple of weeks. 3 1/2 weeks later, I call back about the status, states parts on back order, still nothing about the front end. After talking to insurance company for options, and, talking to general motors about parts availabilities after taking 2 months waiting for Bryce to call, (which both general motors and insurance questioned Bryce), he gets upset, finally adds in front end estimate, adding parts that were not damaged, and, suddenly, parts from original side estimate were now replaced with all their add on parts, instead of being replaced, which, due to the cost, makes the vehicle a total loss to the insurance. (I used to help in a body shop.). But, Bryce actually done me a favor, as the vehicle was having issues, and, due to Bryce not communicating and doing his job properly in the first place, I will most likely never by an American based vehicle again, just to get away from the “Good Old Boy” type of dealerships like this. The good reviews they receive are from long term local customers that don’t venture out of the county to find out what a real dealership is. With that being stated, never take the bad reviews for granted as a disgruntled customer.

So, is this "Bait and Switch"?

So, is this "Bait and Switch"? Seems so, wife had car serviced. When she got done there was an appraisal done on her car. The certificate stated it was worth around 11,500. I thought that seemed a little high, so I called to confirm. I was told that the appraisals are fairly accurate and come in and see what we can do. What a waist of time, once we came in they only wanted to give 8500. They should be ashamed. Mind you, the car is in great shape with new tires. And they saw it when it was getting serviced. Shame on them.
