Shout out to the guys at Karl Malone dealership for an

Shout out to the guys at Karl Malone dealership for an incredible experience. They were the only ones who were able to get me in my dream car. Shout out to George W.R. For the huge help. Was an amazing guy. I definitely recommend this place. They are the best at what they do.

Go somewhere else.

I have been here several times. I have never had a visit where there wasn’t an issue. Whether it’s them ordering me the wrong spare tire, and then NOT making it right when I let them know— going in for an appointment and having them take someone who didn’t have an appointment BEFORE me and waiting over 2 hours for them to do a simple tire rotation and oil change, to bringing electrical issues to them and having them dismiss me entirely after I told them they didn’t fix the issue. Wouldn’t recommend and now that the care package I purchased with my car is all used, I will take my business elsewhere every time. The last time I was in, the man working at the desk across from the waiting area was asleep at his desk, and when I walked in the service area to check out, the men were swearing and talking trash about the guy that was checking me out. Not a professional environment.

Totally Recommend This Dealership for Service

Service at this dealership is fantastic! Located in a smaller city and rural county, so it will take a few days to get an appointment, but it’s always been worth the wait for us. Gabe listened to what our needs were with maintenance on an older Dodge vehicle and followed through with what we asked for. He also mentioned an additional item to watch for, but only as information for us. He wasn’t pushy about adding a minor repair to our list, but wanted to make sure that we knew about it.

Excellent service

Called ahead to get an appointment service on my 2022 Gladiator. Arrived about 30 minutes early and was out in less than an hour. Was treated very well.

Best Dealership for Parts AND Service!

Only dealership I’ve ever used for routine and any issues with our cars, to include a 28’ Itasca Ford V10 Engine with an F53 Chassis! Otherwise, I go to an Independent. Had issues with engine faults relating to previously stolen catalytic converter. Rick, Parts Manager, took good care of me, sending my RV to a reputable muffler shop to resolve the faults. Unfortunately, a slight surge with the engine never stopped after the muffler repair, so this visit will need a follow-up, with Rick immediately informing me to bring the Rig in ASAP when advised. I trust Karl Malone Service IMMENSELY

Prompt service

I called the dealership early in the morning, and asked if they had time to install some running boards and splash guards on my only day off. And the service people made it happen. And while my vehicle was there they fixed two recalls that I had no idea of.

Disappointed

When I was looking for vehicles they were great. After buying a jeep I’ve had nothing but issues with them. They did not keep me in the loop about my floor mats. They did not call me to tell me they haven’t processed anything because they needed a copy of my license. It was a month before I got worried and reached out and then was informed they were just needing a copy of my license. overall very disappointed and won’t buy a vehicle from them again.
