My husband and i were looking for a used car for a decent price. Cory made our whole buying experience so easy and fun! He was never pushy and he listened to our wants and needs to find us the perfect car for our budget! Definently would recomend going and and talking to cory for anyone who is in the market for buying a vehicle!!

Very disappointed

My first impression of the Karl Malone dealership was very positive. I spoke with Mike Horrocks about a Suburban. He seemed very honest and easy to talk to and told us this vehicle had been very well taken care of and was in excellent condition. He did mention that the tires were ok, not the greatest, and that the bumper had a dent in it which was no problem since were were going to be trading in our other Suburban and he said that we could swap tires and the bumper. He also mentioned that there was a dvd player in it and even took pictures of it in the ceiling of the suburban as a selling point. I told him how excited my kids were for that! I also told him that we haven't had the best of luck with vehicles and were looking for something that would be reliable because we travel a lot with our boys and their sports. We were traveling from 5 hours away and he assured me it would be well worth my time to come and see it. He also told me it was extremely clean but he would still have his guys go through it with a fine tooth comb to make sure it was what we were expecting. He told me he was excited to meet us and assured me that he would be there that day to help us, so we took the day off work and made the 5 hour trip to Heber City. The Suburban was there waiting for us but the first thing we noticed was the bumper dent was not just a bumper dent..the dent extended into the side panel of the Suburban. Someone came out to help us and we said we had been working with Mike and he said that Mike didn't come into work that day. Kaden was put in charge to help us. I felt bad for Kaden because I feel he was put in a really uncomfortable situation. At this point I was feeling really uneasy about the whole thing and just had to go outside and let out a few tears. I can't believe I trusted a total stranger. Mikes guys hadn't gone through it as promised and it hadn't even been vacuumed. There was dirt on the backseat and pretzels on the floor in the backseat and there was pop splattered on the side in the very back. The dvd player did not work and in fact when you pulled the screen down it was hanging by its wires. The rear seat that accesses the backseat would not slide. The RPM's didn't work. I began to question the reliability of the Suburban. It was becoming very clear why Mike hadn't shown up to work that day. He knew he had misled us and didn't have the courage to show his face! The finance guy, I wish I could remember his name, tried to cover for Mike about the bumper by saying some peoples perceptions of dents are different than other peoples perceptions. My perception is if you tell me that there is a dent in the bumper, that is where it should be. If it is elsewhere you need to disclose that too. After questioning the bumper and Mikes motives they acted like we were not even worth their time and we were treated about the same as what we could spend...low budget. This whole experience has left me less trusting of car salesmen. I really expected something different from a business bearing Karl Malone's name. We all love Karl! I really didn't think anyone could be so misleading to someone who wanted to give them business. I have left messages for Mike wanting to resolve this peacefully but he won't return my messages. All I want is a sincere apology and reassurance and I will retract this negative review.

I got a TRUCK!

I was a bit timid going into a dealership, I have typically bought cars from owners. I don't like haggling over price. Mike at Karl Malone Heber was a breath of fresh country air. I told him what I was looking for and my price range. He found me a truck I would have never imagined being able to afford. He was personable and asked about my family, in order to get what was right. Overall the best experience and the best sales person I have ever dealt with. Thanks guys.

Karl Malone was very professional they treated me like there number one priority I was never mistreated or disrespected they helped me through a long process I had to get leather in my vehicle after my purchase they got it done fast and I was in my car faster than expected they were great highly recommend Bruno as your salesman he's new but if he doesn't have the answer to your question he will find a way a respectful and trustworthy dealership
