After visiting 2 other Savage owned locations, my daughter was frustrated and was referred to this location by a co-worker that had purchased a new vehicle with the help of Bob Care. Although we were challenged at several different steps toward the purchase of a vehicle, each step was resolved with advice and help from not only Bob Care, but some of the other salesmen that were in the immediate area who offered their input into resolving the problem at hand. What was very refreshing was the fact that Bob Care went beyond the call to make the purchase of a vehicle that was within our budget and left no stone 'unturned' in giving the greatest service in attaining the Ford Focus that we purchased. There will be no hesitation on our part in recommending this dealership and Bob Care to anyone seeking to purchase a used or new car because of the 'great' service that we received.

My experience with sales and the manager Mr. Profit was beyond spectacular customer service and professionalism. However the service dept. plainly SUCKS, BAD my experience with my prior purchased vehicle from there.
