Meh. Service has a major attitude. We started going here when we moved to the area, but they are either too busy to care, or they don't like their jobs. They wouldn't know this about us, but we are a "car family". My father worked at a dealer in service his entire career, our son is a mechanic, and we own a classic car that we work on ourselves. Sometimes it's easier to bring a car to a dealer to have things done, but we KNOW cars and don't need to be insulted, treated with disrespect or worse- told some BS. Because of their miserable and holier-than-thou attitudes (don't question them or you'll see what we mean) that we've experienced on multiple occasions, we've decided we're never going back to have our cars serviced at Buhler (we own 3 Jeeps by the way) and that brand new $60k Grand Cherokee that we are going to be purchasing next month is most definitely not coming from here.

First rate … Chris D is off the chart talented . Makes you feel like your friends for 20 years a hard trait to have in these times. Credit manager who has been there for 30 years is a pillar of info and a guy who gets things done.

Horrible experience . I just purchased my vehicle less then a month ago and have had multiple issues that they have been reluctant to fix them. I purchased a 2016 Dodge Challenger for 24k , it only had 34k miles on it. Emil helped through the process he was friendly and made the process easy (NOTE: i paid asking price they wouldn't negotiate at all) after paying asking price , the same day i heard a noise that ended up being the driveshaft ! They replaced it for me but that made me suspicious . I don't think their mechanic ever looked at the car and did a road test. The next day my window wouldn't stop opening and closing , i found a way to get out the passenger side but it was still open a crack and i was scared it would get water damage. Once again i called Emil who quickly changed his tone and did not want to fix it , he said it was a used car and i would have to pay half.I convinced him it was the right thing to fix it being i just purchased it . I understand its used but for 23k everything for the first few months should be in working order , and if theres things that needed repair upon purchase i should have been made aware. Now today i realized my sunroof and trunk are leaking , it came to my attention after a carwash, also my back up came sporadically docent work. The dealership made it clear after they repaired the window situation they they didn't want to here about any other issues as if im the problem . They don't have any integrity over there , i would stand clear of this place. i hope they're are willing to fix the sunroof issue without giving me a hassle . But we will see how they respond , the reviews up here for them to see and reply too . i hope they do the right thing . Ill keep you's updated but i was very disappointed . I also forgot to mention they mailed my plates to someone else then i had to go get my plates from another customer cause they mailed me theirs. Hr drive for me. They would have mailed out a return slip for the plates then mailed me out my correct ones but my temp plates expire tomorrow and if i get a ticket , i would be responsible .

I've leased both my Jeep Grand Cherokee's from Buhler. My salesperson was Joan Gallup both times. Joan is the person you want to buy/lease your next CDJR from! in 2018, while searching for my first Jeep Grand Cherokee, I called dealerships closer to me but unable to find what I wanted based on price, model, options, etc.. They all said "we don't have it" or they tried to sell me something I did not want. Some dealers, located 40 miles or more would not even provide a price estimate for a lease without me taking an hour drive to them! Enter Joan. I called up the dealer, was put in touch with Joan and she found my car. She quoted me a price and that was the same price I signed the lease for with no issues In fact, Joan was the only salesperson I've dealt with that contacted multiple dealers in the surrounding area looking for the car I wanted since here dealership did not have what I was looking for. She eventually found a dealer in Long Island, NY that had the Grand Cherokee I was looking for. Joan's team sent someone out, delivered the truck to the dealership, end of story. I've never had an experience like this when purchasing a car. I'm a fan of Joan's ever since. Needless to say, my next Jeep Grand Cherokee, 2021. lease was the same if not better. I looked around al local dealers again, just to see what the new model had that the 2018 did not, and the same pattern of dealers not having what I wanted (I know, who had anything in 2021 due to COVID but it gets better). In fact, one local dealer had a model I liked listed for lease and I made an appointment to see it, When I arrived, the car was not there due to the OWNER of the dealership taking the car home, knowing there was someone coming to look at it! I don't even know why I bothered to think that there was any better choice than Joan but I learn by doing senseless acts things, like thinking there was anyone but Joan that I should deal with. So this time, Joan actually had my new Jeep Grand Cherokee built new from the CDJR factory, with each option I wanted down to the color, exactly as I wanted it! Even with COVID and the chip shortage, I got the truck. During my wait, the lease incentives had expired and the lease price changed BUT Joan was able to convince Chrysler to honor the original lease price. If you don't get it by now, contact Joan and you won't be disappointed

My battery died, airbag light came up ,car smells with antifreeze. Had service here about a week ago. They refuse to check car telling me by appointment only. I ask if they can check my computer to see what error and if its safe to drive they refuse. Customer service was rude. I have been servicing my car there for many years service was enoth for what i need but this is my last time. This is fleet car i am posting same review in my company site. They just lost multiple business.

If you want to be disrespected and insulted then this is the place to visit. I was offered 7k less compared to another dealership for my trade. And this is on top of 3k over MSRP they are selling their cars for. When this crazy time is over and things are back to normal customers will remember that.
