excellent dealership

Bought my 2017 Hyundai Tucson Limited from this dealership. We had an overall - an awesome experience and what car buying should be. Highly recommend it.

Great experience

The only issue was the amount of time spent waiting for finance.....and I was approved immediately. I waited for over 90 minutes.My sales person, Phil Rotzell was wonderful to work with. He listened to what I wanted.

Excellence

I was very satisfied in the all around experience that I had at Ciocca Hyundai. Great customer service!! Phil took the time to listen to my expectations that I had in a new car as well as my price range. Phil and the finance department worked hard in a timely manner to get me the car that I wanted at the price that I could afford.

Great New Car Experience

Hyundai Experience

We purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. This is our first Hyundai and actually first non GM vehicle. Spent time researching and felt the Santa Fe Sport was the way to go. Phil was our salesman helped us through the whole process. He was not pushy or overbearing. Phil went over all the features and at no time did we feel obligated to by the vehicle. We got the deal done and Chris did a fine job with all the financing. We are happy with all the features and so far after almost a month have no regrets with our purchase from Ciocca Hyundai.

A very satisfying experience.

Evan was very professional and answered all of my questions. He was very patient and explained all of the features of my Santa Fe Sport. He even set up my iphone and followed up with a phone call several days after the purchase to see if I had any questions. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

Purchasing a car

The salesman i had was friendly, helpful and was very knowledgeable of the car. I did not feel pressured to buy a car there. I would go back if i had to buy another car.
