Open Road Mazda of East Brunswick

The salesman was ok, but when I questioned the price of the car because of 2 accidents in one year reported on Carfax, the manager came to "defend" their pricing. He refused to lower the price. He was disrespectful and condescending and then proceeded to inaccurately assess the condition and value of my trade. I walked out after he told me if I was offered a higher value elsewhere I should take that offer and run because my trade was "a mess." I was so offended that I decided I was no longer interested in visiting any other dealer or ever purchasing that brand.

Beware of hidden fees in this business!!! In used cars at least, listed prices do not have any meaning whatsoever. I drove more than an hour to test drive a car I liked. But when I sat down to settle the deal, they disclosed ridiculous amount of fees, including refurbishment fees that's about half the price of the car price they listed. Completely outrageous. Check other user comments on Google carefully and you'll see other customers shopping for used cars having discovered this ugly scam as I did. Awful business like this should have no place in any part of America I think.

Do not waste your time as I did. Used cars they sell have outrageous hidden fees such as ridiculous refurbishment fees that push the price to 1.5 Times what's listed, only to be disclosed at the last minute you sit down to buy. Dishonest business like this should have no place in this country.

WE BOUGHT A CAR FOR OUR SON AND THE EXPERIENCE WITH THE SALES STAFF WAS PLEASANT AND QUICK! THEY WERE VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT PRODUCT INFO AND ALL RELATIVE FININCING QUESTIONS!

Very bad service. Price advertise is not what you are going to pay for the vehicles.

Excellent experience,finance manager was a little rude keep trying to push an After market warranty for more that double the price I paid from the manufacturer directly got very short tempered when I asked basic questions , everyone else very professional. Brian was an exceptional salesman.

A wonderful experience. I never been to a car dealership as smooth as this. NO sales pressure. Got me right into the vehicle (used) that I wanted for a test drive. Explained the details of the vehicle and the prior owner took very good care of the car. Worked with me with the final costs and all went smoothly. Frank your the Best and Mike your Great. It's our first time purchasing a vehicle at Open Road Mazda. Our experience purchasing our CX9 was hassle free and the work staff was outstanding. We would absolutely recommend Open Road to our friends and family ,and we will be back again in the future.
