Time efficient, simple, & respectful

I did not feel rushed in this process, Scotty handled MY frustration very well. Worked around my schedule! No bends in his words. He made me very comfortable understanding the situation can be frustrating. Will recommened this dealership to everyone i know. You normally get a pushy person who talks to much and wont let you think. Scotty put the ball in our court the entire time & not once made us feel like we had to rush rush rush

Sales: 5 Star. Service: Leaves much to be desired.

Jon Reed is a 5 star, above and beyond sales person. He has taken care of us from day one and is not afraid to make sure the work gets done. He is always open with communication and will check with the service department to make sure that all of my work is being done. Jon is everything you want in a sales person and then some. My issue comes from the actual service department. We dealt with Rick, who is nice enough and can get the work done. However, you could tell that he is overwhelmed. He had no communication with us and put our vehicle off for a few days which made it take longer than we were told it would. If there had been more communication about the wait the service would have rated higher for us. At the moment, however, they are pushing to get a 3.

Scott made our purchase the best we ever had

Scotty went above my expectations to locate the vehicle that checked all my boxes. Buying a car is always at the bottom of my list of things to do and we could not have been more pleased with Scott and his persistence.

Great car and dealership!

Scotty was a great guy to work with and I had went to him due to a bad experience with another car dealership. He made me feel as tho he actually had time to help me Look for what I was wanting and I wasn’t a burden to him at all. The car has been driving great and no sounds out of it yet and that’s great since it’s a used car. Thanks again Scotty and if I know anyone looking for a car I’ll send them to Scotty at Barker!

Great Experience

I had a good experience at Barker GMC. Scotty was our salesman. There was no pressure during the sale, and that was greatly appreciated. Everyone was easy to work with. They worked around our hectic schedule. Again, much appreciated.
