Great experience

I was very happy with the car buying experience. Jon was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process could not have been easier! I love my new car!

Very satisfied, went above & beyond

We were extremely satisfied woth the professionalism & willingness to work with our time frame, budget and schedule. Jon took a lit if time to go over all aspects in the car and app as well. The finance guy (I forgot his name, my bad) was just as thorough with paperwork in making sure we knew what we were signing. I wouldn't have shopped at Barker only because it's a bit far from us if it weren't for Nick The Auto Inspector but I'm glad he directed us in this way. Thamks Barker for helping us get in our new vehicle. We will probably be back for our next purchase.

Seatbelt repair

My passenger side front seat seatbelt was locked around the headrest of the seat and we we're going to have to leave the car to be fixed but when Jon Reed came by to pick it up he was able to fix it right in my driveway which was awesome! Super customer service!!

Wonderful Experience from start to finish!

Kori Parker was absolutely wonderful, he went above and beyond to take care of us! We had a very bad experience with a previous sales rep who is no longer there. If not for Kori, we would not be buying any vehicles from Barker. He still continues to keep in touch and offer any assistance we may have. We are in the market for another vehicle to replace one of our Mercedes. We will most likely but a new Cadillac from him very soon!
