Parkway Nissan was great from the purchase of the vehicle

Parkway Nissan was great from the purchase of the vehicle to the regular maintenance and also the free car washes. Jim Copeland was a great salesman that helped in everyway. thank you Jim.

They always make me feel like my car, and I matter

They have always been courteous, willing to listen to me, and have always provided very competitive pricing. On top of all that, there are nice little extras, like complementary car washes and gourmet coffee in the waiting room.

AVOID!

This was my 6th used car and was the absolute worst car buying experience ever. If there was anyway this dealership could screw up a simple deal, they did. If you end up getting a decent car from these people, it’s in spite of their best efforts to mess it up. Here goes. I had been looking for a pretty specific vehicle. I live in MD and figured buying a Nissan remotely is a pretty safe deal. We settled on a vehicle and things went downhill quickly. The check engine light was on. I had to agree to buy it if they’d even look at it. Uh, OK. It ended up needing a new fuse box. Also, I bought it on a Monday with the condition they’d have it done by Thursday. My bad for not specifying which Thursday because it sure wasn’t the one that week. I had to rent a car for full additional week. When the shop had it up in the air, I asked about the brakes, tires, oil, and all the car stuff. Trusting these folks would do the basics. Again, my mistake. When it was delivered, it was leaking oil like a sieve (blown gasket at oil plug). I also noticed the brakes felt like I was pushing on a jelly donut. When I took it in for inspection, my mechanic found the brakes only had 1/32 of wear left, needed new front and rear rotors, and he assured me there’s no possible way they missed this. They actually replaced the tires (my out of pocket) so they had to see this. Either they think I’m stupid or they’re terrible at their job. Maybe both? The service department is downright criminally incompetent. When they delivered the vehicle, the driver hands me the paperwork and everything from the loan terms to the vehicle amount is wrong. The poor driver desperately tries to contact multiple people and no one gets back. I cross through all the erroneous terms. I had the vehicle inspected right away and that’s when my mechanic found the issues. The manager offered to come get it. I posed that he take that money he’d spend on picking it up and put it towards new brakes since it wasn’t even road legal in his state. He not so politely declined and came off with the take or leave it approach. At this point, I’ve already wasted so much time, been through so much frustration, I’m not going to start over. They’ve cost me thousands. What irks me the most is that they sent one of their own people out on a 350 mile road trip with brakes that are barely holding on and oil draining out of it. If they’ll do that to their own people, what will they do to you? I never received a call or apology from anyone in management. Avoid this place at all costs.

Wonderful place to go

I always get a great professional experience and caring, friendly service even though I didn't buy my Nissan Rogue Sport AWD through them. They still treat me as one of their best customers.

Professional

Appointments are easy to make. Once there, everyone has been professional. They have made the repairs needed efficiently. You can either drop vehicle off or wait. Since I live over an hour away , I wait. The waiting room is clean and comfortable .

Oil Change and Tire Replacement

My experience was great, I came in for an oil change and to get my tires checked. I needed new tires, and they showed me three different types of tires and explained each brand. There was no pressure to purchase tires from them but they had the best deal. I got in a week later to get my tires put on, and they picked my car up from my workplace and put the tires on. I was very pleased with my experience.
