I have had our new car serviced twice and yet to get it washed-I thought that was part of the service - maybe im wrong-thanks

Repair

The engine protector had broken loose. The body shop was able to drill new holes so it could still be used.

Great service. Friendly staff.

I have been a customer for many years - over 30. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The service is fast and there is a shuttle if you need a ride.

A problem was found with the compressor during a requested check and another appointment was scheduled to repair the situation. I was very pleased.

Great service, nice people!

Very friendly staff, and they did great work. Thanks, DeFouw Service Dept! I also greatly appreciate the shuttle service; driver is very personable and a good driver.

Scheduled maintenance

Very polite. Went through what services they did. Visited with your sales people,checked out your showroom. Service was part of the purchase. Didn't have to pay for the checkup.

Friendly, Good Service

I stopped by a few weeks ago to have something looked at and a technician heard a squeeking noise and asked if that is why I was there. When I said no he said that there was a problem with the air conditioner. We made an appointment and it was the compressor. They had the compressor on hand but had to order a wire harness. When it was recieved they made an appt and got my car in to fix it. Very pleased.

great experience

Sales person worked very hard to get me the car I wanted. He was respectful of my wishes. He entered discounts and looked for the best buy he could get for me.
