While everything is totally different right now and difficult to conduct business, Nick was still able to show me several trucks and we even tried to search for one that not only fit my budget but also fit my needs. Their last Custom was shipped out to a different dealership so we got creative. In the end, I was able to get a crew cab 4x4 with the options I wanted. I always told myself I would not buy another new vehicle, but now I feel I will again.

This was my 3rd lease. And 7 th vehicle purchased/ lease from Bill Defouw. Always excellent service an experience. This is my 2nd purchase with Pam Strain. An have had Matt Ellis working with me since my 1 at puchase. Would high recommend them.

I drove 2 and a half hours to buy a car at this facility. The price, miles, year, everything about this car was exactly what I was looking for. I called the salesman and discussed the car I was looking into and he assisted me, gave me brochures via email, and walked me through what I would need to do if I intented to purchase it the same day I was test driving it (Being out of state). I went in with financing options already in place, however Bailey in their business division offered to help me as well. By going through DeFouw for everything including financing options, I was able to drive off the lot with my vehicle with a better interest rate than my credit union was offering. They ALSO, answered all of my questions about buying a vehicle out of state and assisted me with licensing it as they sent everything over for me to my DMV. I CANNOT speak enough on how easy it was to work with their group. I had nothing but helpful staff from entry to exit and even better, they call and check on you as well. I love my car, and I will definitely make that 2 and a half hour drive again when I need a new vehicle.

This is not the first truck I've bought at DeFouw. Each time the dealing and service have been top notch. That's why returning was never a hesitation on my part.

Hands down best new car experience I have ever had. They exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Strongly recommend asking for Ben Mullikin. I was ready to buy an Audi and had a deal in place when I inquired on a BMW 230i last minute and so thankful I did. I told Ben I needed a fantastic deal to stop me on the Audi. I was very pleased with how quickly he worked and the experience he gave us and we are proud owners of a new BMW. Despite being 3 hrs away, you have earned our business and loyalty

Went to look at new trucks ended up buying the truck I've always wanted sales were amazing no pressure and straight forward. Answered all the questions we had very professionally. Thanks for your service on my retirement truck you guys are awesome.
