Very pleasant and helpful, Steve sales person. He suggested newest models 2025 Buick Envista very nice and smooth drive car. It?s a great deal. My birthday present for my self. Thanks for the suggestion.

Excellent Care

I?m from out of state and my oil change came due while traveling through Redding. Made an appointment with Taylor and they were excellent from the beginning! Respectful, friendly, kept my truck clean with protective covers, and even removed them before giving me my truck back. The process was very smooth! I?d go back to them again without hesitation. They told me it would be about an hour and it was 45 minutes. There are also eateries and other stores right across the street where we spent time waiting.

I know you guys are better than this

I can't wait to leave a full review about Taylor Motors parts department however I ran into a bit of a snag in ordering a new engine for my Chevy truck I was told what it would come with and what I would need to get it ready to go I had to pay $2,500 core charge and I can't get anybody to call me back on the matter it didn't come with a few essential key items that a new or new engine should have and they were unclear in the end of what should have come with it in fact when they called me they told me my truck didn't have a FM and I already knew better and then they found out that it did and that I had to use my old parts for the FM I didn't want that and the reason I went with Taylor Motors cuz I wanted the same engine that came with the truck originally and they want me to use all my old Parts on a new engine I didn't know that I needed to buy new parts but I'm out of time have to get the core turned in and I have to buy a bunch of parts that didn't come with the motor that I was promised did come with it I don't know what to do I've always liked Taylor Motors but I paid a lot of money for a new engine and with an engine that has some sort of minor faults I don't want to have that experience yet I wasn't ready to buy all these parts that were supposed to come on the engine I hope somebody eventually calls me on this matter right away because I'm running out of time

Taylor Motors - Redding CA

I live in WA State and purchased my first truck from an out of state truck dealer because I didn't want to order and wait in WA. Taylor motors had what I wanted in inventory based on the GMC web site. It was a great experience with Bob at Taylor Motors. Everything went remarkably smooth.
