Maintenance and sales personnel seem to be well trained, polite, and considerate of the customer. I feel that they are sincere, honest and helpful in answering my questions and giving advice. I do not feel that when I visit there that I am not just a guy walking in off the street to look at cars. I feel that they think I am a good customer, a value to them and they treat me as such.
