Honest Car Dealership

A car dealership that is actually honest. I have purchased now two cars from Bob Grimm and I will never go anywhere else! Roger helped me work a deal to trade in my Cruze for an Equinox. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted that day! I recommend this dealership to everyone in the market for a car.

ford escape

i guess i have higher standards than most. they failed all the way around but they were friendly as xxxx.told my son it was covered under warranty. then tried to charge him 455.00. told him the alternator was bad ,when i checked it it was still charging .they found so bad wires witch i feel were the problem . there was a check engine light for the cat. convertor. had a short. they said it was bad. the hole thing just sucked and i don't think i would even let they fix my skate board.

Great Service

Buying a car was not something on my to do list for awhile, until an unexpected accident left me with a totaled car. While in a hurry to find a car because I no longer had one, Steve Rice worked with my budget to find exactly what I wanted with all the features and the right price. Even though this car was not on their lot, he was sure to find it and for a great price. They were even kind enough to loan me a vehicle while waiting for my car to arrive. Overall great service and accommodated to all my car needs.

Steve Rice, Best Car Salesman

I found a car I liked online on the Bob Grimm website and went to the dealership to test drive it. The ride was smooth and the car was just amazing. I went from a bulky SUV to a sleek car and upgraded by over 10 years so it was loaded with safety features and options I was not used to. Steve Rice explained every feature and option. I have had the vehicle over a month now and I just love it. I especially love the gas mileage!! I've been back in to see Steve a couple times when I had forgotten how to use some of the options in the car and he did not hesitate to explain them again. I appreciate how well Steve takes care of his customers. He really goes the extra mile.

Worst dealership ever

I bought a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu less than 2 years ago. The car has been in the shop close to 18 times and I have been asking Bob Grimm to get me out of this vehicle. They said oh yes we can help you. Then when it came down to it, NUMEROUS times they said just give us a few more thousand dollars down and we can get you into the same type of car or we can make your payment higher with this car with more mileage or a cheaper car. I was even threatened by the owner if i went over his head that he wouldn't help and he was going to make sure of that. I called GM and it finally came down to Bob Grimm telling GM that, yes we gave him a chance for a buy back with trade. Yeah trade in for a junkier car with more mileage. I will NEVER EVER EVER buy a vehicle from them and people have asked about where to buy and I told them to stay far away from that dealership. I even had numerous problems with the service department. I have had it in for numerous noises and the car shutting off. I even had the service guy go with me and he got the noise and shaking and I got the car back a week later and told me nothing was wrong and they never found the problem. I have had numerous electrical problems too.

Steven was absolutely amazing to have as our salesman. He was not pushy and clearly showed/explained all of our options. He truly wanted to help us find a vehicle that worked for us and that we wanted. My wife went to a few other dealers where they refused to even work with her. Overall a great experience! Mostly likely will be back in a few years for another vehicle.

Nicest car dealer ever. The car I wanted wasn’t in stock so they offered me a loaner until they were able to get the car in! The car came in sooner than expected so I didn’t need it though. Thank you so much Steve!

Great Team

Went in for a typical oil change/rotate. They even did a 36 point inspection, Car wash, and filled all 4 of my tires for no extra charge! JD was fast and efficient, He didn't push any extras like some other dealerships have to me in the past. I loved the low pressure guest experience with a Tv and comfy leather recliners! I will be back!
